  Thank you for your message.  First, click HERE and run the malicious software removal tool.  After you run the tool, restart your computer.  If you have an anti-virus program, it is recommended to run a scan for viruses on your computer as well.  Regarding the drivers, it is better to get them from your computer manufacturer's Web site, in almost all cases, you should not have to pay for the drivers.  Please let us know if it did or did not help to solve your problem.

  I recently haven't been able to burn a CD with Windows Media Player (he worked last week, but not now). I get an error message "Windows Media Player cannot find the file.
