• After that updated today (13/12/14) firefox cannot connect at all anywhere (IE works fine) - firefox reset, reset from the PC and the removal of the extensions all did not help

  To update Firefox - now, it does not connect what either. I have RESET firefox, restarted the PC, disabled all extensions, and changed the proxy for any proxy settings. IE works fine.

  dbernarducci Hello, normally these problems are caused by a security/firewall software which does not recognize and therefore blocks the new versions of firefox. If please delete all the rules of the program for firefox to your firewall and let it detect the new version of the browser again.

  I have a problem highlighting the text resulting in pages scanned books and newspapers using DC on Android. Typed text notes correctly but text scanned (in the same document), which was as a result will not. • Why the FF fix the links click on a text file, but IE10 works fine?

  I'm composing a text file LibreOffice prepare for the publication of an e-book. In this text I incorporated hyperlinks to locations on the map Icelanders for the development system. I replaced these links with Google URL shortener for easy management and use.

  When I test the links with FF as the default browser on this laptop under Win8/64, FF tries to open the pages of the card but stalls with no image displayed. In IE10, however, they work very well. These links also work on FF or IE on Windows 7/64 on my desktop.

  In addition, when I click on the same link listed in my account Google shortened the list of URLS, it works in both FF and IE on this same laptop - only when the user clicks on the link in the doc file. fact FF fail to open the page target card. This is the case if the OL WRITE option 'Ctrl + click' or simply 'click' is specified.

  Doc file: LibreOffice 4.1.x with hyperlinks embedded URL "googleized", usually a clickable link to graphic character after the place agreed.

• Lenovo C460 cannot connect to this network, was working fine last night.

  Last night my newly acquired c460 all-in-one just lost the connection to my router. Worked perfectly with signal full and high speed, and then disconnected and can not connect to the router even if you can see it.   Able to understand it. For some reason, the option for the lldp microsoft protocol driver has been disabled in the wifi properties. Don't know what this means, but I checked the box, and voila, wifi is back. Hope this helps someone.

• For days now, my iPad Air insisted on the fact that it cannot connect to iTunes. Wifi works fine for applications and devices, and I tried all the options on the support page. Nothing has worked. What should I do?

  The time zone is correct, it is signed through "iCloud" in the settings and all the apps work relatively well, including those who are in need of the internet, so the problem is not the internet. However, the Air iPad is more connect to iTunes, it is impossible to update anything. It won't let me reconnect through 'iTunes and App Store' in settings, just tell me that it can't connect to iTunes everytime I try it. I also noticed that Game Center is strange, his page in settings will not be same load and he often delay signing in when I open an application compatible with it. My iOS is updated to 9.3.1.   I'm sorry if some of you useful people are tired to see my questions, but...

  I have a page with thumbnails (which float right through altruistic Grandpa) and by clicking on each thumbnail opens a new window with a larger photo and text version. It works fine under IE - the window opens and closes as it should - but in FireFox, it creates a second browser window which must be closed manually in order to return to the index page.

  Any suggestions?

• BlackBerry smartphones [! call failure]-cannot make or receive calls/texts incoming/outgoing but internet/email still works fine?

  I just bought a replacement bb bold 9000 off ebay (it's an at & t unlocked handset I bought after my bb bold got stolen... total disappointment) and it was working fine all week until last night when he stopped being able to manage incoming and outgoing calls and texts. E-mail and internet functions still work that is very special.

  also, some more info, when I put my sim card into another handset (in this case a nokia e65) all my work of normal calling features and when I put a different SIM in the "BOLD" the same thing happens (when I try to make a call, it instantly opens with a warning of the call). Another thing is that the "BOLD" indicates full service coverage...

  After you paste an e-mail message in a Microsoft Word document (which I do all the time), my mouse no longer works to click anywhere in the document and it doesn't allow me to use the side scroll bar.  I can still click on the tabs and controls to the top of the page buttons up and down and up, but I can't highlight text underlined/bold/italic to copy or move in the document.  I use these features all the time and I am very frustrated.  I can still do all of these things in other applications such as email, Facebook, Internet, but not in Word.  Help, please.  I already checked my mouse settings and drivers and they are all up to date without errors.  I restarted my computer; the only step I can think is reinstall Microsoft Office Professional 2007.  I appreciate any help you can provide.  Respectfully, Julie

  Another possibility is that the cables are loose. Remove ALL power, then make sure that the cables in both
  ends. Remove and replace, do not just tight. For laptops, you can often clean power and
