  A: Trial versions of Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop Elements and Adobe Premiere Elements are downloaded using Adobe Download Wizard - a small application which aims to improve the reliability of the download and to avoid the problems that occur usually during large downloads, such as frequent disconnects. After you download the product, Adobe Download Wizard should automatically begin to install the product.

  Q: I installed Adobe Download Assistant, but my trial does not download?

  A: Under certain conditions, Adobe Download Assistant installs but does not immediately download the trial product. If this happens:

  1. exit the Adobe Download Wizard.

  2. in your browser, return to the download page to test the product on Adobe.com. Refresh the page, then click again on the download button now and follow the prompts.

  Important: when you start the download, don't forget to select your folder user or office. A common cause of errors result from attempts to download Adobe Download Assistant to the Applications/programs files folder. Adobe Download Assistant downloads only the files of trial application.   What is the file size of the downloaded install_flash_player_11_osx.dmg.mdlp file?  It should be 18,005,202 bytes.

  If which is, I would try to simply rename the file (removing the suffix ".mdlp"), then try running it.

  When you try to connect Adobe Download Assistant with my regular Adobe ID credentials I see the following error message:

  I've only had 3 programs installed with the two cd I got with my adobe creative suite 6 (edition education, student and teacher)
