  I had installation problems with ADE 2 due to the use of an older AMD processor.  After several tries to Chat I was given a link to 1.7 ADE.   Here it is:

  If too much records is the reason why, it may be preferable to use the customer record.

  I guess that most of the customers trust you with their Adobe ID.

  If you choose your copy of the library of ADE ctrl-shift-D, which will write off of your Adobe ID

  Restart and it will ask you to register for an AdobeID.

  Enter the coordinates of the client; or if they do not have an Adobe ID still give them a chance to get one (with your help).

  If they got their eReader with them you can allow even that, for them, form of ADE with their ID at the same time.

  When the client has disappeared; cross the ADE new exercise and record it again with your username.

  (ADE DRM is not very smart, but I think he's smart enough to recognize the same device re-enrollment).

  I don't know how much time you should spend with each client, so what I say may prove impossible.

  The entire Adobe DRM mechanism can be quite intimidating even for literate computer;

  I guess you must have some work helping some clients of library with computer little experience.

• Cannot install Adobe CC (students and teachers Edition) on both of my computers. Request to start the trial/entry series?

  I bought Adobe CC Student and Teacher Edition so that I can finish my homework. However, I need to install it on my laptop and desktop for obvious reasons. Last night, I installed the applications on my desktop, but after trying to install applications on my laptop, it is simply asking me to start a trial.

  I was under the impression that I received 2 installs for adobe CC.

  1) go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc and locate the file named hosts inside the folder etc.

  Copy 2) guests of the file on the desktop and even open with Notepad.

  Check if you can see all the entries as Adobe.  127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com... etc?

  In addition, launch applications like Photoshop, once launched, click on Help menu and click on "Disconnect" option.

  Then again, click the Help menu and log in and check.

  Help, please. During the software update (for windows 8), the computer was off. There was an error in update: C000003A.   In this case, it is better to own reseating of the creative cloud app and then try to install Photoshop cc.

  Follow the procedure below:

  
  

  Uninstall Adobe Creative cloud only.

  Using creative cloud | Uninstall the creative cloud desktop application

  Restart Computer after uninstalling cloud creative app.  Make sure that Adobe Creative Cloud is not listed in the control panel > programs and features. list.

  Disable the firewall temporarily.  [Optional step]

  Step 1:

  Open the c: drive and navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86)------\Adobe " common files".

  Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.

  Step 2:

  Navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe.

  Open Adobe file and if present the file to remove Adobe Creative Cloud . [* important]

  Impossible to remove? Rename it to Adobe Creative Cloud centenarians.

  Step 3:

  Press Windows button (located between Ctrl and Alt buttons) with the key R together at once, you will get a command window.

  Type below command and press the enter"" key.

  Then go to the Local > Adobe.

  Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named AAMUpdater and OOBE.

  I've successfully upgraded ADE on 2 computers but on the 3rd, the library does not migrate & ADE 3 is not uninstalled.

  Normal Digital Edition used the same folder and you get display eBooks, but sometimes does not work.

  I have encounterd an installation problem, when I try to install Adobe Shockwave Player 11 MSIE Windows 8.1 (Update 1).

  I can't download or install.

  The Adobe FAQ told me to use the 32-bit version of MSIE, but even then an Adobe Shockwave keeps refusing to be installed in the browser.

  I am running Windows 8.1 (Update 1) on a 64-bit computer.

  The current version of MSIE is installed: 11.0.9600.17351
