  On the creative cloud desktop application, you will get only installation option for CS6 versions if you have an active subscription to creative cloud under your email address.

  If you have Adobe CS6 Design and Web Premium Suite, the option will be unavailable.

  You can download the Suite at the bottom of the link and install it with your serial number

  Make sure you download the right version and ASP, or even serial number will not accept.

  Migration wizard does not work in the case of Adobe applications.

  Please, try the following steps:

  • Uninstall Adobe CC (Creative Cloud help |) Uninstall the creative Office Cloud app)
  • Reboot the computer.
  • Install the latest Adobe Creative cloud version from the link: CC help | Creative cloud desktop

  Please disable antivirus, firewall or any other security suites installed temporarily and then try to install.

  Let us know if you need the steps to disable the antivirus or Internet Security suite, just in case if you use different manufacturer app.

  I tried to install the desktop application creative cloud on my Macbook Pro at home and my PC at work. Neither work and it's very frustrating!

  On Macbook Pro (running OSX 10.7.5) but a tin can by appearing, finder dialog asking me my user name and password. I enter my admin details and just search dialog box keeps reappearing, with no installation happening. I also tried to enter my Apple ID (as advised by the media) and that does not work either.

  On my work PC (running Windows 7 Enterprise) when I try to install I am getting code 43 error - impossible to copy a critical file. I have to login to admin from my work computer information and that you have installed several programs without any problems.

  Any ideas?

  Pure, install the new drive with the new Windows 7.  Creative cloud installed okay including Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat.  When you try to install InDesign I get "unable to extract in the temp directory.  Contact customer (EX11).  What is going on. Tried install 5 times.

Apparently, it is quite common when the temp directory is moved from your user profile. • Disabled creative cloud, updated to Win 8, now cannot do SOMETHING with creative cloud

  I installed programs compared to the Creative clouds, and they worked. This weekend, I decided to finally upgrade my computer to Windows 8 Pro. I disabled my Creative Cloud software and then installed Windows 8 in place. Since the upgrade, I can't do anything with my creative cloud. The programs would not open. I couldn't uninstall any programs because they would not open AND the programs no longer appear in the "Remove Programs" under Windows. Adobe Application Manager won't let me not re - download anything; It is said by mistake that the applications are installed and work. They are not. I took the drastic step to just DELETE the program hard disk files, hoping that would trigger the Adobe Application Manager for re - download programs. However, the MAO still considers that all programs are installed correctly and don't even have an update. How can I re - download my programs so I can use them?

  I think that we will need more info on how you upgraded to Win 8. It was an upgrade on the spot, where you have kept existing data, or you did a clean fresh install of Win 8?

  If this is the first, Windows may have retained some meta-information that are originally creative act up cloud.

  This seems to be a candidate for the CS cleaner tool: http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html. You could try that and let us know if it works.

  Then enter here and find that my nickname (my own name, registered with Adobe, and on the forums) is not available, you could be excused for an overrun of irritability, I hope.

  This error comes usually when you move the adobe folder to the other location on root drive and try to update the application. Uninstall the application and delete all files from adobe. Restart your machine and install the application again and check for updates. It should work.

  The whole point of CCM is to get all the apps / programs. So no, you don't have to pay anything extra. If you have specific problems, you must provide information. System specs, what programs you run out and so on.

  Hi - I was able to download and install the application creative cloud on my desktop (Win 7), where it replaced Adobe Application Manager and seems to work ok.

  Then I tried to download and install the application on my laptop from https://creative.Adobe.com/products/creative-cloud by clicking on the download button. It starts with Adobe Application Manager that lists all applications installed or available to install with the exception of the creative cloud app!

  How to install creative cloud app? Is there a direct link, that circumvents the MAO?

  Please rename the folder to C:\Program Files (x 86) PDApp \Common Files\Adobe\OOBE\PDApp whatever it is for example "-PDApp'." Now restart your browser and install new cloud creative https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloudapp. It will now install Creative Cloud App for your laptop.
