  What should I do?

  I still have CS6 original installation CD. Should I install from there?

  On the creative cloud desktop application, you will get only installation option for CS6 versions if you have an active subscription to creative cloud under your email address.

  If you have Adobe CS6 Design and Web Premium Suite, the option will be unavailable.

  You can download the Suite at the bottom of the link and install it with your serial number

  Make sure you download the right version and ASP, or even serial number will not accept.

  I tried to install the desktop application creative cloud on my Macbook Pro at home and my PC at work. Neither work and it's very frustrating!

  On Macbook Pro (running OSX 10.7.5) but a tin can by appearing, finder dialog asking me my user name and password. I enter my admin details and just search dialog box keeps reappearing, with no installation happening. I also tried to enter my Apple ID (as advised by the media) and that does not work either.

  On my work PC (running Windows 7 Enterprise) when I try to install I am getting code 43 error - impossible to copy a critical file. I have to login to admin from my work computer information and that you have installed several programs without any problems.

  Any ideas?

Apparently, it is quite common when the temp directory is moved from your user profile.   I just warned for the plan of the photo (Photoshop + Lightroom) and I installed Creative cloud, but when I want to install Photoshop via the applications Panel, the screen turns white and no additional information is displayed.
