Download apps with creative cloud problems
Hi, im from the Colombia, I don't know if theres a few problems with the creative cloud, but im trying to download adobe first, but applications in the creative cloud does not load.
I waited like an hour, and still 'loading' but nothing happens. I'm really grateful if someone can help me. Thank you!

??? I'm unable to download apps from creative cloud to my MacBook Pro. I downloaded the package install twice. I can double click on the installer and it seems to be loading but it just guard spinning for 10-15 minutes, then gives me an error and a blue button to get help. If this does not help then follow the steps mentioned below.
- Access \User\
\Library\Application Support\Adobe *
And/Library/Application Support / Adobe *.
To access the hidden user library folder, see library user access hidden files. Mac OS 10.7 and later.
- Find and delete the files AAMUpdater and OOBE
- / Library/Application Support/Adobe (rename Adobe Application Manager and Adobe of joint office)
- Go > utilities > (rename Adobe Application Manager and creative cloud)
- Download Creative cloud-apps Download Adobe Creative Cloud | Adobe Creative Cloud free trial

Download Photoshop with creative cloud...
I'm trying to download Photoshop CS6 with creative cloud, after buying the version full creative Cloud. However, when he takes me to Adobe Manager it says Photoshop is "up-to-date" and does not allow me to click on the option 'install' like the others. I downloaded and did a 30 day trial on Photoshop CS6 before, so don't know if this has affected the installation. I'm also not sure if I'm well connected with the creative cloud, after the purchase of creative cloud Tuesday, April 2. Like when I go to the order status it states that it is shipped and with the option 'Download', which takes me to the Adobe Manager, where I then faced with the above problem.
Please tell us how I can solve this problem and download / install the full version of Photoshop CS6 on my Mac.

Cannot download apps on creative cloud
Whenever I try to install an apps like Adobe Premiere or after effect of creative cloud, I get this error http://puu.sh/qjgZn/a1ba1b0fd9.png and I don't know what to do. IM on a computer alienware with windows 8. Anyone know what I can do, to be able to download all the programs?

AlexPlease disable antivirus, firewall or any other security suites installed temporarily and then try to install.

What I have to buy CS6 to use APPs with creative cloud?
I just signed up for a subscription to creative cloud under the notion that the CS6 apps included with no additional purchase. Am I wrong? What I spend $ 350 AND pay dues?
The whole point of CCM is to get all the apps / programs. So no, you don't have to pay anything extra. If you have specific problems, you must provide information. System specs, what programs you run out and so on.

Download Lightrooom with creative cloud desktop application and it does not work
I'm using the Creative Cloud Desktop App to download the package for 9.99/month Lightroom and Photoshop. IM connected to the application but instead show him or the other programs to download in the Apps section, it just keeps showing the loading bar.

Cannot install apps with creative cloud
Hello
I just warned for the plan of the photo (Photoshop + Lightroom) and I installed Creative cloud, but when I want to install Photoshop via the applications Panel, the screen turns white and no additional information is displayed.
I uninstalled this software several times and clean my computer as well, but nothing.
I also tried to download this software with Chrome, IE, with or without firewall, antivirus and malware removals, but... nothing!
I don't really know what happens if I need your help.

Can't download apps from creative cloud on new computer!
I just got a new iMac and transferred my files from point a to the top of my old computer. None of my apps Cloud Creative transferred, but when I tried to download, it says that all of my previously downloaded applications are "up to date". Oh well, maybe on my computer old, dead, but not this one. What I am doing wrong and how do I get my apps back?

We do not recommend transfer software from one machine to the other Adobe but instead recommend download/install on the second machine where you want to use.

Download FireworkCS6 in creative cloud problem
I just become a member of creative cloud and had successfully downloaed more APPS I need, however, when I downloaded CS6 Fireworks I can't find anywhere on my system, the Application Manager told me it is downloaded but I don't have it anywhere, what should I do?

Please, go to Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers and find Fireworks uninstaller. Uninstall it if it is present. Try to install after the city ko: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/download-previous-versions-creative-applications. html and http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/install-apps.html .
Also specify the installation location of preferences in CC desktop.

Internet connection with creative cloud problem
When I try to download a trial of Photoshop Creative cloud I constantly get an error of no Internet connection (this is not the case). Can anyone help
Solution #1
Check the "hosts" adobe entered into file. If you see entries adobe here follow the below mentioned steps.
1. go to the location of the file "Hosts".
WIN: C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
MAC: Go to the menu finder on top > go to files > type '/ etc', press return.
2. move the file hosts on the desktop.
3. open.
WIN: Open it with Notepad.
MAC: double click on it.
4 remove all entries of adobe, that it does not obstruct your machine to connect to the Adobe's Activation Server.
5. rear move "/ etc" folder.
Solution # 2
1. check if you are using any kind of firewall (network/system) / proxy.
2. turn off firewall / proxy.
#3 solution (should work)

I have download and install creative cloud with no problems. In the window of creative cloud cannot display the APPS page (while other 'Home', 'Community' can be seen. This is why I can't select the application to be updated. Thanks for your help

Hello, I have problems with Creative Cloud Packager. I bought this product yesterday and since then I can not download completely all components. 59% or 65% of the download I get the message: "connect to the internet and try again." I am connected to the internet through Ethernet, I checked my connections through various steps recommended buy Adobe to see if my connection is correct and he is!, so why I can't complete the download process. I feel frustrated because I have clients awaiting results of my work that I can do right now.
