Cannot install CS6 Master Collection on windows 7-64 bit
As the title suggests, I repeatedly tried to install Master Collection - CS6 on my machine of 7-64 bit windows at home and after a few minutes, he simply erros out. I even downloaded the trials for several of the applications and they do not install too. My download has come directly from the Adobe licensing website.

The fixed!
Cleaned computer and register all products such as cs4 adobe, reader etc cleaned the register etc. then installed the trial CD and it worked. The key musta been seen always installed cs4.

Having trouble install CS6 Master Collection on Windows 7
I've posted here before about this problem and tried to do what the suggested answers, but I still can't get the programs to install correctly.
I deleted all the programs Adobe partner in my laptop and I went to the registry editor and removed all adobe related files from there too, but the installation program always stops around 17% when Adobe Help begins to install. He did not come with an error message, but the "remaining time" ends at about 3000 minutes if I leave it for a while.
And when I canceled the installation, I find myself with a "Adobe Master Collection" folder on my desktop, but it contains adobe media encoder and a couple of base of Indesign files.
Any suggestions on what I can do to fix this? Thanks in advance.
P.S. I am running Windows 7 32 bit so I know that Premiere Pro and After Effects do not work so I took those out of the installation preferences. The version I installed is the student version and I'm installing via CD, they sent.
Don't know what to tell you. If execution of the CS cleanup tool did not work for you, then I fear that something outside Adobe intrudes. Futzing with the registry will do nothing. And seriously, if something is even on your desktop, you have a much bigger problem then just the installer from Adobe. Basicalyl, this means that the configuration of your whole system is screwed and the Windows Installer cannot make heads and tails of possibly broken permissions and privileges of the user or a strange configuration custom path. There is only one piece of advice to keep your sanity: reformat the machine, install your operating system from scratch.

Cannot install CS6 master collection for mac pro book (end of 2011)
Recently, I downloaded Adobe creative suite master collection for Mac CS6.
However, I'm unable to install it. After you open the installer that does nothing, it does not further. I have tried to copy the contents of MasterCollection_CS6_LS16.dmg to another folder, and then open the install.app, still no progress.
Will you please advice because I really need to install this.

The situation is like this, I downloaded the image on my desktop pc (which is Windows) and then compress & split the image using a winrar. I then transferred the files to my mac pro book and extract the image here. Unfortunately, there was a bug in the software unarchiver that I used on mac to extract the image.
This bug has been fixed in a release distributed by the dev today.
Now I can install CS6 without any problem. Thanks for the replies once more.

I'm having a problem with my CS Master Collection most. I just installed the CS 5.5, then the upgrade to CS 6, on my macbook around new year. I have both version on a physical disk. A week ago, my Photoshop application froze and I had to force quit the application. After the reboot it kept stuck on opening screen. I went on the forum and troubleshooting to suggest using the adobe cc cleaning tool, which eventually delete all my other apps from my mac adobe. Now whenever I try to install it, I get this message "we encountered the following problems: setup initialization failed." "Please download Adobe Support Advisor to detect the problem. This is a hyperlink that leads to a screen with this "Adobe Support Advisor has ceased to exist".

Hello, I just installed CS6 master collection in the history of the order, and when I try to enter the serial number it tells me that: serial number you provided is valid, but no product calling can not be found on this computer. Then it gives me options in the drop-down menu, but the Master Collection CS6 is the only one not listed is not in a menu drop-down.
Your CS6 must have been bought an upgrade. He asks you to select/provide is the name/serial number of the previous version, you bought that qualifies you to install and activate the CS6 upgrade version... it would probably be CS5.5 CS3.

I solved the problem and installed Acrobat this morning. The issue proved to be, as I suspected, that Adobe Reader had already been installed on the machine and, for some reason, this prevents the installation of Acrobat.

Cannot re - install CS6 Master Collection!
Note: this problem occurred shortly after I installed Bitdefender Internet Security.
My problem started with the loss of Camera Raw and 'permission' to open Photoshop.
I could go into the PS exe file attributes and permission to reopen the PS, but Camera Raw was still missing.
I have re-installed PS (without uninstalling it) and got the two PS and Camera Raw... until the next time I started my computer and Camera Raw disappeared again.
Then, I uninstalled PS and tried to reinstall it, but got this message: "could not initialize installation. Please download Adobe Support Advisor to detect the problem. "That I did, but he offered no solution which worked, but did not offer additional solutions for CS5.
Later, when I tried opening other programs CS6, I got messages indicating there was a problem and I have to uninstall the Suite CS6 then reinstall it. I have uninstall the Suite, but I still have the same "failed to initialize installer. Please download Adobe Support Advisor to detect the problem. "Again, Adobe Support Advisor offers the same non-solutions and additional information for problems of CS5.
I still have more of CS5 Design Premium on my computer , but it's the CS6 Master Collection that I need now!

Please navigate to the Files(X86) C/Program Files/Adobe/OOBE /Common and rename it to OOBE.old. In the same place looking for caps and rename it to Caps.old. Try to rerun Setup for CS6.

Cannot install CS6 Web & Design Premium on W7 64 bit
I am in the process of upgrading to a new machine and can not get myCS6 Design and Web Premium suite to install from the DVD-ROM. I've tried three different times, and I get a message at the end, saying that Dreamweaver and Fireworks installed and are available, but some elements of the following could not be installed (InDesign (, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat X, Flash). My computer is Windows 7 64-bit. the software installed and running fine on my old machine from W7 32 bit.
For some reason I can't open the error report referenced in the message I get. The link does not work. Is there a specific folder where I can find the error report manually? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Go to this site:
1 select iTunes from the list.
2. scroll to the bottom and get the installation program.
3. run the automated installation.
4. it will install the latest version.I don't think you would run into the same problem if you did it this way. I could be wrong however. Also I did not examine the links you have posted so I'm not sure if someone said.

Cannot install CS6 on computer with Windows 10
I have a CD for my CS6 and it is installed on one of my computers. But on my new computer that has a Windows 10 platform it will recognize the disk but does nothing when I select to install it. Why?
