  The fixed!

  Cleaned computer and register all products such as cs4 adobe, reader etc cleaned the register etc. then installed the trial CD and it worked. The key musta been seen always installed cs4.

But the official response is this old version apps are not tested against the latest Mac or no support is available for CS 5 Adobe assistance now.   Please follow the steps:

  Please navigate to the Files(X86) C/Program Files/Adobe/OOBE /Common and rename it to OOBE.old. In the same place looking for caps and rename it to Caps.old. Try to rerun Setup for CS6.

• Try to install CS3 Master Collection on MacBook Pro - but says he is in conflict
