  Recently, I downloaded Adobe creative suite master collection for Mac CS6.

  However, I'm unable to install it. After you open the installer that does nothing, it does not further. I have tried to copy the contents of MasterCollection_CS6_LS16.dmg to another folder, and then open the install.app, still no progress.

  The situation is like this, I downloaded the image on my desktop pc (which is Windows) and then compress & split the image using a winrar. I then transferred the files to my mac pro book and extract the image here. Unfortunately, there was a bug in the software unarchiver that I used on mac to extract the image.

  This bug has been fixed in a release distributed by the dev today.

  Now I can install CS6 without any problem. Thanks for the replies once more.

I went on the forum and troubleshooting to suggest using the adobe cc cleaning tool, which eventually delete all my other apps from my mac adobe. Now whenever I try to install it, I get this message "we encountered the following problems: setup initialization failed." "Please download Adobe Support Advisor to detect the problem.   I try to install CS6 on a new computer, but it does not work. I get an indication that it has already installed on two computers. But this isn't the case, it is installed on a computer that I know of. What can I do?

  It is possible that you had it installed and activated on the two machines in the past, but do not turn it off before you remove (or otherwise it installed two times in similar circumstances).

  some background info: I am on Windows 7 running on 64-bit.

  I am installing CS6, but a message saying that the version prelease CS6 meadow in my computer must be uninstalled. I tried to uninstall, but it wasn't appearing when I went to the control panel. I went and remove the files/folders. probably a stupid idea. I learned the adoble creative suite Cleanup tool and used to remove all the remaining files that were left uninstalled. but after running the cleanup tool and restart my computer twice, I still received the same error message. is there another way to solve this problem? I did something wrong? Thank you!

• Cannot install CS6 Mac downloaded update.

  Try to install the CS6 upgrade and get an error. A run Adobe support advisor, but the inspection could not identify any problems. Found the PDApp.log and the error messages are as follows:

• Cannot install CS6 Master Collection on windows 7-64 bit

  As the title suggests, I repeatedly tried to install Master Collection - CS6 on my machine of 7-64 bit windows at home and after a few minutes, he simply erros out. I even downloaded the trials for several of the applications and they do not install too. My download has come directly from the Adobe licensing website.

  The fixed!

  Cleaned computer and register all products such as cs4 adobe, reader etc cleaned the register etc. then installed the trial CD and it worked. The key musta been seen always installed cs4.

  If you are using Snow Leopard and you have the HP software before Snow Leopard (either from a CD that is not marked as compatible with 10.6 or you recently upgraded to Snow Leopard and had the HP software on your Mac before you upgraded), you must uninstall the software by using the "scrubber":

  Go to Applications/Hewlett Packard / click Uninstall HP
  Click on continue
  Highlight your device in the left pane
  Hold down the Ctrl and Opt Cmd and click on uninstall
  There will be a pop up that asks if you are sure you want to uninstall all hp software. (At this point, if you continue, all HP printers you have installed will need to be reinstalled)
  Click on continue and let it finish

  Restart your Mac

  Now run a software update.

  Finally, download and install the "Full Featured" driver and software from the "Support & drivers" link at the top of this page.

But when I go to activity monitor, it seems to be a process of the system which cannot be left. And when I try to force quit it, the installation process hangs at 35% finishing. It must be a failure of the application or my OS X system... So I can't help but looking for a method to resolve.

• Cannot install Flash Player (Mac)

  I'm trying to install Flash Player on a Mac of Yosemite (10.10.1). Whenever I try to open the installation program, the icon appears in the dock but no user interface never appears and activity monitor describes the application as being insensitive, forcing me from smoking it. I also tried to use the installer to "Flash Player for Safari and Firefox - NPAPI" linked to the Troubleshooting Page and while it provides a user interface and allows me to accept the license agreement it freezes the same way when I accept the terms on the first screen and successful install.

  It is a clean installation of Yosemite, which is not even 24 hours old. The only other things installed on the Machine are the Manager package Java and Apple Homebrew development of command line tools.

  I just noticed that there is an update for Mac OS X after posting this (10.10.2) and, of course, that corrects the problem. Why does not install Flash on 10.10.1? It's a mystery.

• Cannot install CS6 Web & Design Premium on W7 64 bit

  I am in the process of upgrading to a new machine and can not get myCS6 Design and Web Premium suite to install from the DVD-ROM. I've tried three different times, and I get a message at the end, saying that Dreamweaver and Fireworks installed and are available, but some elements of the following could not be installed (InDesign (, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat X, Flash). My computer is Windows 7 64-bit. the software installed and running fine on my old machine from W7 32 bit.

  For some reason I can't open the error report referenced in the message I get. The link does not work. Is there a specific folder where I can find the error report manually? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

  Disable antivirus, firewall or security software.
