Cannot install on my computer, hard drive, cleaned the suite creative cloud

I bought a CC student edition and teacher (one-year) (MONTH) in November 2015, pay £12.38 per month, which was duly would be debited from my account every month for 3 months now

& 4th due payment shortly.

Last week my computer could not start and after much trying, scheduled at PC World, which sent them away. It was returned fixed, but the contents of the hard drive has been completely erased from any software, including CC.

I logged on the Adobe site tonight thinking I would just re - download the software on my computer.

When I connect & watch "display your products, its lists my plan as"Creative Cloud free membership ', inviting me to upgrade to paid membership CC!

& when I "view orders", there is no record of my order in Nov 15-

& I don't see how to download Creative Cloud (which is NOT a trial version).

Help please?


Are you sure that you look at the correct Adobe ID to 100%?

Or did you use another (school)? ID for your subscription?

    What Vista did you use? TOSHIBA recovery disk or a disk of Microsoft Vista?

    Sort that works is great.

    If you use the USB case, make sure that it can provide enough power to the drive.  Usually this isn't a problem if the old drive was a laptop computer but can be a problem if it was a desktop drive.

    Assuming that your old computer still works, the easiest is to put all the files you want to transfer to a folder, and then share this folder on the network.  Connect both computers to your home network, then simply attach to the shared folder on the network from the other computer and drag and drop your files to your new computer.

  • Had to get a new hard drive and reinstall Adobe Creative Cloud with all my applications.  Now they do not work.

    My hard drive has been crashing on my work computer and had to be replaced.  I had to reinstall all my applications and Adobe Creative Cloud.  When I try to go into all of my apps, they will not open.  I get the message that there was a problem and then it closes the application.  I went through all the troubleshooting steps suggested Adobe and Microsoft steps.  I need help to solve this problem.

    You must set your BIOS to start on the DVD from the beginning to the top.

    You have a good DVD of Vista (OEM/upgrade or full version) and NOT only a recovery disk provided by the manufacturer of the PC (or you burn you).

    First chech that the BIOS is configured to use the CD/DVD drive as frist boot device.

    Then remove the old drive and only connect the new drive.

    Start the PC and insert the CD that you created and boot from the CD.  If there is a "Long full" test, which is that you need to perform. Also check the SMART data (look for bad sectors).

The site & company Slimware Utlities, Inc.which is running this program wants to make me buy this junk and they keep mesing with my computer.     If the largest is the primary drive then it is safer than any other installation option, but all uninstall/reinstall can present problems.  If the software currently works very well, I would say that leave well enough alone if your future depends on software work.  Before you delete anything, remember to disable by opening an application and by choosing Help-> Deactivate.
