Cannot install on my new computer 10 Diadem

I got a new computer and tried to install my software Diadem 10.0 on this. At the same time, I have received our central system at Volvo Labview but missed the license. I then installed Diadem 10.0 and it worked. Then, my problems started. I for the CANDriver of cancases of the vector, but unfortunately there is no place for my version. You might want to try the application MSIBlast from Microsoft, but I can't guarantee it won't do no damage to your operating system.

Generally, Windows applications do not respond kindly removed when directories are simply - it is not a specific issue OR, but a general situation of Windows.

As I kept trying to install Lr6 and found a way to do it:
Remember, my problem was one had Lr6 installed on my old machine, but could not install it on the new.
I noticed that my Lr 6 license was an upgrade of the Lr4, so I first installed Lr4 (using the old serial number) that I installed Lr 6 with serial number appropriate.
That's all.
Perhaps my solution can be useful to others.

I have a license for CS6 which was bought by my company before I started here. We are trying to install on a new computer (Windows 7), and when you try to activate it, we get the error "this serial number has already been registered. Products can only be registered once. "I can 100% guarantee, it has not installed anywhere on our network, because I have the software inventory on each machine, so the machine he used to be on a decommissioned or reinstalled.
The problem is that I don't know who's ID, it was recorded originally, and nobody stays in the organization know either, so I can't disable the old account. I tried for a week now to get help from Adobe on this, but it went nowhere. We really need this software running, and we are a charity and cannot just buy new licenses when it should be perfectly usable. And given the support experience I've had so far, I'm not really inclined to reward with more money. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can maybe shortcut through this process? I sent the proof of purchase (and we still have access to the email address that purchased) several times now as well, and has no we got nowhere either.
