Could not find a way to do except Dell and that doesn't seem to work. The 64-bit system has no 'Device Manager' that I can find. When I look at the properties of the burner, the link to "find a solution" is not highlighted.

  First of all, it was a big mistake NOT to create a recovery disk Toshiba.
