  I suggest the following, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2, each should result in a message to your BB to come...) Please wait for this before moving on to the next step):

  • Each time a random strange behavior or slow creeps, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the hood back and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

  Sounds like there are something wrong with the installation. I suggest to uninstall Acrobat and reinstall. Maybe even a repair install might help.

  I don't know about you, but Adobe seems to use Java or that Visual C runtime libraries, because the window options accumulates very slowly even on a fast machine. It is an indicator of bad programming. And using Java is bad!

  So, if Acrobat is accessing a component of Windows like .NET framework etc it should say during the installation if this component is missing. Where this component is just broken, you can't do anything accept the reinstallation of Windows, because you probably won't be able to fix it.

  I upgraded from Reader X 10 to 10.1. Since then whenever I start it, either as a standalone or plug-in, I get one or more instances of an error message that says "there was an error during initialization. Cannot load an application resource (internal error). "I also note that there is no menu plugins.

  It becomes annoying, to say the least. I am running Windows Vista SP2. Googling produces nothing relevant.

  Sorry for the slight delay; I only use these forums only occasionally and misplaced my login information.

  I fixed mine! In Reader 9 and 10.0 I had disabled the function ReadOutLoud as he kept popping up whenever he wanted to, and I do not need ReadOutLoud. What worked for me was the first to purge the system of Reader 9 - the uninstall routine leaves behind things. Then I went in the Reader 10 program folder, located the plug_ins subfolder and renamed it to oldplug_ins. So I ran the repair routine which recreated the plug_ins subfoler... Everything works now, except that the ReadOutLoud is at his old tricks again, but I can live with that for now.

  Is - the current running in the server or Jdeveloper?

  If it is the server, you did all the changes recently? Did transfer a file? If so, you correctly transfer in binary mode?

  Delete the class files, copy the files again (binary mode if you transfer files class if the java files, transfer in ascii mode and then compile it in the server).

  Bounce the server and see what happens.

  I'll try to give as much advice as possible, so that those who might be able to help me, can have more information to work with. I've had my BB Curve 8320 for 3 years now. It has no damage and I really had no problems out of it, except that it is a little slow, but it's because of the amount of themes that I have on it. I do not have Blackberry internet service, I'd rather just use my own personal Wifi everywhere I go and I started thinking that maybe it's part of the problem.

  Recently, I've switched back to my BB and was eager to install a Facebook application on it, so I tried to do it via the connection to my personal Wifi, but the download page was so distorted and in all directions, I couldn't download this way. Then I tried the download link email together thing, and when I went to my email on the browser, it says the link is below, but there is no link to click on. So I then installed Gmail on my BB to try and access it that way, but my Gmail would not put up right, so that didn't work. And, finally, I tried downloading the desktop software and then goes to the link on the BB site which allows you to install the application via page web connection for the desktop software, which then connects to your phone. But when I get to the connection of the installation part, it says that my 'radio' must be on and he is off and so can't do the installation. ?

  I don't know about facebook app installing. But I know with certainty that you are unable to use the current version of 'Facebook for BlackBerry' unless you have a BIS account. Since, they have added the new synchronization of Messages between the Facebook app and the Facebook site.

  Reference Dell 3000 win xp family, sp 2 card its replacement will not install right.

  I just reinstalled windows on my Dell computer and have struggled to reinstall the different divers, applications and programs that I used to have.  The long, everything went well, except for the audio part.

  Windows Device Manager shows the icon replacement C-media with a yellow top warning label. Under "Properties", it shows this message: Windows cannot load the driver for this hardware device. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)  Click Troubleshoot to start the troubleshooter for this device.

  I uninstalled and completely removed all traces of the drivers C-media, etc. of my computer, rebooted, reinstalled the driver C-media since the original CD (several times!), but the yellow warning label is always there!   When I ask to reinstall drivers C-media a notice tells me I have the best drivers now.

  BTW, the audio worked perfectly in this machine until the windows reinstall so I am sure that the problem is not with the sound card, drivers or the installation CD.  Thanks for any help on this, jim
