Cannot log on to Mozilla; Mailbox 'Size' outdated

I had to create an account for my husband's address to connect to this application. I was in the limbo of the internet today, unable to connect. I asked and received the response on my user name, but has received no response on the re-establishment of password.

I had notice re over my limit of mail, which is incorrect. It happened a few months ago, I deleted all saved mail, including on server at this time. Today, it is happening again. I received a message flashed, repeatedly, when I tried to receive or send a mail. One of these messages: "size of mailbox exceeded UID max. There was a second relative to the size, which I could not catch before he disappeared. Now, I don't got no e-mail throughout the day. I also have this piece of mail earlier, until I could no longer receive anything. the return address is system administrator. "The size limit of 100 MB for mailbox '[email protected]' has been exceeded. Incoming mail is currently rejected. "This happens in the Forum, I mentioned a few months ago, when I contacted my provider and got rid of everything on the server. I guess it's a kind of phishing? I didn't click the direct link via my address as shown in the above quote. This is the reason why I ran Dr. Web Light and reset the computer.

I looked on the forums, can't find anything that answers to my problem. I cleaned the computer w / Dr. Web Light for several hours. 3 articles have been alerted, then lquarantined. I unplugged the restarted Mac to reset, left, 5-10 minutes. No change. As I started to type this, after that I registered an account w / name/email husband, my logo of TB in dock now reads 416 points of new mail, Inbox tho still shows only 3. A second account, the same name and email, probably created when I had hard time upgrading of TB last year, a very old version, reads the 413 items of mail, but in the Inbox, as if just received, are many, but probably less than 100, some dating back to 2013, some from today.

Before that, this morning, I was unable to delete items in the Recycle Bin, get another message, several times and deleted items reappear.

It is very disconcerting to find myself so cut off and blocked, I couldn't even send you an email without a registration at the forum, and until I created a new account, that left me completely blocked. Yikes! Help, please. I'll check the mail my husband tomorrow. maveet [email protected]

Do you use a Pop or IMAP e-mail account?

If Pop mail account:

I notice that you have "deleted items reappear. This indicates that there may be corruption. Usually, this happens if you have not been compacting folders on a regular basis. Sort first on this issue.

The Inbox folder must be used as an Inbox for incoming mail and not as a general storage.

Then, make a backup first, if you have not already created one. You should make regular backups.
http://KB.mozillazine.org/Profile_backup

Create folders to organize messages and move emails from Inbox to these folders.

When the Inbox is empty compact the folder. Right-click on the folder and select "compact".

Then with the Trash/deleted folder and spam folder, right click and choose 'Empty Deleted' or 'Empty trash' as appropriate.
Then right-click on the folder and choose "compact".

Re: "mailbox exceeded."
It is a message from the server.
If you have a pop email account which settings are selected?

Tools > account settings > server for the e-mail account settings

Is "Leave messages on the server" selected? If so, that you got selected to treat the copies on the server?

"For 14 days at the most for example ' and ' until I delete them. You have these selected? If not, then select them and click OK to save the changes.

This should avoid an accumulation of emails on the server.

When you try to log out of Mozilla support in accessing my profile by clicking on 'Sign Out', I go to a white screen that has a URL of https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/users/logout and empty screen stays there forever.

I am told it is not good and that I should 'Sign Out', I recycled Firefox and rebooted several times, no result. Any suggestions or do we not have a bug?

Unfortunately, I don't have the problem this morning and cannot specifically attribute all the actions on my part to the resolution of this problem. The day of my statement, it was a solid bug which persisted restart Firefox and restart of Windows 7. I know that I have 'clear all' in Firefox later so the suggestion of deleting cookies could have done the trick.

My apologies to all, but at least I have a plan if it reappears in the future (that is to say, clear cookies and see if the problem has been resolved). Thanks for the suggestion!

  • When I try to connect my computer with XP operating system, I get this error message to: rund1132.exe and cannot log out.

    original title: log question.

When I try to connect my computer with XP operating system, I get this error message to: rund1132.exe and cannot log out.  How can I fix?

    Hi KERRYYX,

    1. Did you the latest changes on the computer?
    2. When was the last time it was working fine?
    3. You have security software installed on the computer?
    4. What is the full error message that you receive?
    5. Are you able to restart and shut down the computer?

It is possible that some third-party programs installed on the computer is causing the problem.

I suggest that you put the computer in a clean boot state and check if it helps.

To help resolve the error and other messages, you can start Windows XP by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

See section to learn more about how to clean boot.

How to configure Windows XP to start in a "clean boot" State

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/310353

Reset the computer to start as usual

When you are finished troubleshooting, follow these steps to reset the computer to start as usual:

    (a) click Start, type msconfig in the search box and press ENTER.

    (b) If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password or click on continue.

    (c) under the general tab, click the Normal startup option, and then click OK.

    (d) when you are prompted to restart the computer, click on restart.

When you start windows, before the XP loading screen is displayed, press F8, and then select Safe mode.  See if you start a computer desktop, if it isn't you can run chkdsk /f in command prompt.

If you cannot start in safe mode, you will need to reinstall (or try a repair installation) and Yes, you will lose this data, although there is a way to back it up.  You will need to download ubuntu and burn it on a cd and backup to external media.

  • Cannot log on to any user account in vista!

I cannot log in as guest and all user accounts to work in mode safe mode, but when I try to log on to a normal user account, it says welcome, then blinks and said disconnecting, can anyone help? Online virus scanners, ran clear at all.

    1. go to Safe Mode.
Shut down your computer > turn it back on and immediately and repeatedly press F8 key until you see a black and white screen. The top/down arrow and select Safe Mode

In safe mode, do a system restore. Choose the date where you did NOT have this newspaper to the problem as your restore point.
Start button > Search box, type system restore > press the Enter key > uac prompt > click on choose a different restore point > next > select dates as your restore point, click
    > Next > finish
To sit and wait. The machine restarts when it's done
    .

    2. start a virus scan. Make sure that your computer is clean.

3 run a filesystem check. It's to look for corrupt files. If found, it will try to fix them if possible.

Start button > Search box type cmd > look up, do a RIGHT click on cmd.exe > click run as
    Administrator
    > in this window cmd black and white, at the flashing prompt, type sfc/scannow > press the ENTER key.
Note: there is a space between 'sfc' and ' / '.
To sit and wait. It will take time.
When finished, exit the cmd window.
    Reboot (restart your computer)

You seem to have two choices?

If you want to keep ALL your OLD messages on your e-mail server, and then open a session
in to your mail provider web portal site and move messages to a folder
    you create?

Or you can simply go to your e-mail account in Windows Mail and set it to
    delete messages from the server?

Tools > accounts > select your account > properties button > advanced no more tab
remove the check mark from 'save a copy of messages on the server', or set a
reasonable number of days of retention of messages on the server.

  • Cannot log on to a computer in the domain when it is removed from the domain - Windows 7 Pro, just stopped working

We have a Dell laptop with the encryption used by the principal of our school at work and at home. At the office, it connects to the network via Ethernet. Yesterday, when he returned home, he received a message that it could not connect to a server approved.  His credentials have been cached in the past and still allowed him to open a session with the same user name and password.

Now, when the laptop is not connected to the network, I can't log on to the laptop computer as a domain administrator, it cannot open a session with his account and the local administrator account cannot log on (localadmin\laptopname).  When I tried to add a new local user by using user accounts in Control Panel, I get a message that the domain is not available.  This field is the name of the computer.  Manage user--> Add--> domain accounts--> go--> locations<-- the="" only="" option="" is="" entire="" directory="" (my="" domain). ="" actually,="" this="" is="" all="" i="" see="" on="" my="" work="" computer="" too. ="" when="" did="" this="" change? ="" i've="" added="" local="" users="" in="" the="">

The rest of Windows seems to work.

Biometrics does not for one of our accounts, but they have in the past.

I might add a local account for him to use only with the following command. At least this allows him to use the laptop at home, but it creates a new profile for him so he will not have access to the files saved under its domain account profile.

    net user USERNAME PASSWORD /add
    net localgroup administrators USERNAME /add

AFAIK what has changed is that he was just updates installation before returned home and when he arrived home, things no longer work.

  • cannot log in to Firefox v. 12, but with c. 11 can connect

I've recently updated for Firefox c. 12, and I can no longer connect to our Web site. I went through all the steps of https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/Cannot%20log%20in%20to%20websites?e=es & as = aaq
but in vain. Still cannot connect. He had no problem with the previous version of Firefox. The server log indicates only that an attempt to open a session was made, but not completed. There are no errors.

I modified the code of our /modules/basex/ext-basex.js after the suggestion of one of the Mozilla developers who worked on the bug I posted.

    It should be something like:
    options. Async & & (r 'timeout') & & (r.timeout = callback.timeout);

This solved our problem! Connection now works 12 Firefox, and he continues to work in other browsers. Perhaps, this can be the suggested fix for Extjs 3 users who have problems connecting with Firefox 12.
