• CS6 flash cannot save the document

  I post a new discussion of that since I couldn't find an answer for this in a Windows computer. I use Windows 8.1 and Flash CS6 using creative Application of cloud.

  Whenever I try to save a FLA document, it gives an error saying it "cannot save the document as [name of file] try to change the file location or file name.

  We did a lot of troubleshooting for this issue, and WITHOUT help from Adobe, which support so that never. They just repeat what they don't support networks and advise to do not open or modify files on a network because he may / will cause corrupted files and not allow you to save. Try to save the file to a local drive or a flash drive and work on the project from there. So far, it is the only work around that we found for this but it isn't bulletproof.   From the desktop, hold down the Windows key and press R.  In the run window, type services.msc and press to enter.  Scroll down to the print spooler , made service right click and select Properties, then click the Stop button.  Now search for C:\Windows\System32\Spool\PRINTERS, then delete the work inside this folder - you may need to click a command prompt to get the authority to open the PRINTERS folder.

  Restart the computer and you should find that the documents have been deleted.
