  You can install and activate the perpetual software (purchased) two computers of the same type (mac or pc), as long as you use it on one at a time.

  It is advisable to disable the software on a computer on which it will be is most used, especially before giving away or selling the computer or reformat the hard disk.   To load the software on another computer, download and install it as you did on the first computer. Then enter your serial number to activate it.

  Try a forced reboot: hold down the House and on the buttons until the unit turns off. Ignore the cursor off if it appears.   I've just upgraded to Firefox 12.0 and have found that I can't do anything to drag anywhere.   There may be questions focused more on the trail, but they are the only ones I can think of and have found. I don't know if I'd known, on the top of my head, extension interfaces accommodate slide they would fail to work. Basically, nothing moves when I click on it with the cursor and try to drag. I don't get any feedback as circle with slash graphic.

  But every once in a while an obscure answer will appear on this forum that I would not have thought, thank you all.

  I think it is Adobe Flash which crashes my browser. I don't have no tendency to grow by opening several tabs. (Flash is notorious, and I get tired of 'update', more of what updates are marketing ploys.) This thread is not about this, but I hope it's useful to others with this problem.

  Reset the printer - turn off, remove power from the back of the printer (not the wall), wait 5 minutes, plug back in and turn on.

  The transport of pounding on the sides would indicate that the issue is not with transport being stuck, but rather a problem with the mechanism that tells the printer which transport is.  There is a thin strip of plastic called a bunch of coding that runs the width of the printer.  If this band is dislodged it could cause the symptoms you describe.
