Cannot open CD/DVD

Time to time I copy/burn pictures on a disc.  I just tried to open a drive to see all the photos and cannot do so I checked the other disks and have found another.  I run Windows 7.  When I insert a disk and click on the D drive in Windows Explorer, it shows nothing on the disk, but when I go into properties, it shows that the drive used 0 bytes and 0 bytes free and yet the drive shows blue (full disc).  When I insert the other disc and click on the D drive, it shows the same but in properties it shows 652 MB used 50.2 MB of space free.   However, the disk on it shows mostly blue with roses.  Any ideas?

Thanks Paris

Hello

·         What applications do you use to burn the CD/DVD?

·         What are the extension files for the photos you are trying to burn?

·         Have you tried the CD/DVD running on another computer?

·         Do you have any software installed on your third-party CD burning?

·         You get the message that the fire was successful?

·         Is - what the case with two discs alone or other drives also came with questions?

Try to choose the option explores and check what's happening and do a right-click on the CD player.

    Hello

I'm sorry but most of the posters, which I am part, who come here do not believe in using Tuneup Utilities, registry cleaners, etc. to improve performance or solve problems.
