  If you have existing question in your system current, then things could get worse if you upgrade simply. My personal choice is always do a clean install of newest version of Mac OS X.

  Dear smart people,

  I've been locked out of my gmail account today. The following are unfortunately long but comprehensive of any other related actions and attempted to bugs that I took:

  1. Account Google has been implemented on my MacBook Pro (mid-2012) retina for gmail-> Mail from Apple and Google Cal-> Apple calendar. No problem before today.
     1. I use 2-verification step and had a handful of application-specific passwords
  2. Downloaded Pokémon go on my iPhone (sorry I never did) last night, and had a devil of a time of implementation on my phone using the Google connection.
     1. I've removed several old past app-spec that seems to be unused and tried to create one for Pokémon. Who has never worked, so I had to wait until I went to look at my password using Keychain on my Mac. I had Pokemon of installation using 2-step (via SMS) verification.
  3. I don't check my gmail on main Apple until this morning, where he said there is a network problem and told me that I had to enter the password. Open system preferences > Internet accounts > my Google account, but it ended up giving me this message:
     
  4. Then, I went to the community and found that people had problems with logon certificates. Sounds like the removal of the problems fixed it for most people. I had two suspects that I deleted.      1. I still have another google account that works on my computer. It is a company of Google through work account. He never had 2 steps audit or request specific passwords, but there was no problems, send or receive e-mail today.
     2. I can still connect to my personal google/gmail account via Safari. Thus, it seems that the problem is verification via the El Capitan, built in the direction of "Internet accounts"

  Delete the Exchange account, and then add it again. It is possible that you will need to do additional work to fix, but this easy option first.

• Cannot save JPEG Photoshop CS5 in El Capitan

  I am running CS5 and have updated to El Capitan. Since the upgrade I can't save my photoshop to JPEG files. I get an error message, and the program will not let me continue. I can record in other formats of file without any problem. JPEG is the only one that seems to cause problems.

I ran disk utility and then rebuild my preferences for photoshop (photoshop started all by pressing command + option + shift) and everything seems to work now. Thank you for your leadership.

• Start Windows with El Capitan upgrade and now OS advantage!

  Hello:

  I had Windows 7 installed on bootcamp and run without a hitch.  With the upgrade to El Capitan, the entire partition and Windows startup option disappeared.

  I tried to correct it and could see the Windows partition with option for (by pressing Option at startup to the top), but the error I get is now that the operating system is missing.

  added to the hybrid MBR, in order: 2 3 4

  Create entry for the #2 GPT partition (partition MBR #2)

  Enter a hex code MBR (default AF):

  Set the bootable flag? (Y/N): N

  Create entry for the #3 GPT partition (partition MBR #3)

  Enter a hex code MBR (default AB):

  Set the bootable flag? (Y/N): N

  Create entry for the #4 GPT partition (partition MBR #4)

  Enter a hex code MBR (default 07):

  Set the bootable flag? (Y/N): Y

  After that, I had the option of Windows start show on the charger of bootcamp, but no operating system (Windows) is available.  Any help with this would be welcome.  Thanks in advance.
