  The playlist includes either a music file not for example PDF or a music file that is not eligible. Add iCloud status column to your playlist (view of the song) and it will tell you what is unacceptable.

  1. How do you download the update and the number of update KB?

  Make sure you download the right version that is 32-bit or 64-bit according to the version of Windows installed on the computer.

  It is also possible that the downloaded file may be corrupted, I would suggest that you remove the corrupted file and then download the update again and check if it works.

  I use Windows Vista and have 2 profiles set up - one is the administrator account and the other just a user. I cannot now log on my administrator account and I get the message "user profile cannot be downloaded.

  ·         With the message error "the user profile service has no logon. Are getting you logged on with a temporary profile? If this is not the case, try to see if you can open a session without failure.

  Start the program in safe mode

  1. reboot your computer and start pressing F8 on your keyboard. On a computer that is configured to start to multiple operating systems, you can press the F8 key when you see the boot menu.

  2. when the Windows Advanced Options menu appears, select Safe Mode, and then press ENTER.

  3 log on to Windows by using the administrator account or any account of a user with administrator privileges.

  Note: In Safe Mode, your display system and the Bureau will look and perform differently than in Normal Mode. This is only temporary. To return the system to Normal mode, we can simply restart the computer.

  And then try to restore the system from there.

  Follow the article below to get the procedure using a system restore to return to a previous state in time.

  Cannot complete downloads of. EXE of Internet files. A certain percentage of download ends and the progress bar indicator scrolls then quickly at the end, as it would with a successful download. Of course, if I try to open the download it says it is corrupt or incomplete. Examples of programs that I tried to download Mozilla, Skype, Avast Anti-virus. Had to download on an external drive and then install them on my laptop.

  Cannot open downloaded applications.    I can see the files in the program folder (windows 7), but do not see the icon of the .exe, nor do I see the applications listed with my other programs.  When I try to update these programs using the app Manager it errors.  I had downloaded these programs, but before opening my computer restarted * dreamweaver, photoshop, illustrator). I am able to us other programs that I downloaded from OK.   Just not these 3.  Any ideas?  Thanks - dave

  The error occurs usually when applications have been removed without using the uninstall programs.  You have a type of system utility that comes to your computer to a previous state?

  You can try to download a new copy of Adobe Application Manager of http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=4773.  Also what currently installed Adobe Creative Software?
