Cannot read box games with IE 8
When I try to play the Pike in zone.msn.com, he will not even once I connect and I activated the flash
Hello
Could you please answer these money questions?
(a) elaborate on this issue that you are facing?
(b) you receive an error message after signing in?
(c) you are able to play the game with other browsers?
(d) are you using 32-bit or 64-bit Windows 7 operating system?
Because the last flash is not compatible with the 64-bit operating system.
If you use 32 bit OS then you can follow these steps below.
Step 1: You must add zone.msn.com to first trusted sites and check for the issue.
To do so follow the steps below.
-Click on tools and Internet Options
-Click on the Security tab, trusted sites, and then click the Sites button
-Uncheck the box under the list website stating "require a server secure... »
-Type zone.msn.com (as apposed to zone.msn.com) in the box and click Add
-Click on close
-Click on the Privacy tab and the settings under Blocker button
-Add the list of zone.msn.comto
Step 2: Try updating your Flash player and Java to do this visit the link below.
http://get.Adobe.com/flashplayer/?promoid=BUIGP
http://www.Java.com/en/
If none of the steps resove above the question then I suggest you to try to perform an optimization of Internet Explorer on your computer and check for the issue.

Qosmio F50 - 10 k: cannot read any games - black screen
Hello
So, I'm having with my laptop since the beginning.
* Laptop is: *.
Qosmio F50 - 10 k, 4 GB ram, geforce 9600 m gt 512 MB and I changed my windows vista ultimate to Windows XP Home edition sp3.First, I changed the windows because I thought it can help (Vista can overload my pc, but the change to xp not really helped except that it's faster now).
* My problem is: *.
Computer is under normal execution, I can check Web sites, watch movies, youtube or use office programs, but I can't play * ANY game.
When I turn the game can+ System: Recommended requirements.
+ CPU: Intel Pentium 4 2.4 GHz or equivalent +.
RAM: 512 MB RAM +.
+ Graphics card: GeForce FX 5600 or equivalent +.
+ DirectX: 9.0 c +.My laptop turns * black screen *.
I listen to the music of the game, and my radiators are starting work dramaticlly.
It's like 10 seconds after I opened the game. I have to remove the battery and reset it.Temperature at which I am writing this post is 60 ° C, as always when I do _completly nothing_.
Can I have your help guys? Thank you.
Hello
The Windows XP drivers are not available for the Qosmio F50.
I found only the drivers for Vista 32-bit and 64-bit OS.Your problem could be related to the Win XP drivers that are not certified by Toshiba
The point is that this drivers don t support an overheating protection as do Toshiba drivers
So maybe this is the reason why the GPU temperature increases to 60 C.
But to be honest, the 60 ° C is not too high and each party will create more heat dissipation when running certain games or applications high performance -
Cannot read simple games on Satellite L30-14
Hello
I can't play even simple games on my laptop, such as Stronghold Crusader (what sys requirements are ok for my setup).
The game always freezes at the main screen of windows after the launch. How can I solve this problem? The game's website says nothing about this problem.
Other simple arcade games also crushing in the main window after the launch!
My system:
Windows® XP Home Edition
: Processor Intel® Celeron® M 380 has. Clock speed: 1.6 GHz | Front Side Bus: 400 MHz | level 2: 1 MB cache
System memory
256 MB | maximum scalability: 2 048 MB | technology: DDR2 RAM (533 MHz)Graphic adapter
ATI | Radeon® ATI Xpress 200 MHi Kamal
Did you use the original or a copy?
I also play this game. It s nice. My phone supports a P4 with 512 MB ram 1.8Ghz. The graphics card is a radeon 7500 mobile. It s a little bit older.
However, I don t think you laptop has a malfunction or there is something wrong with the hardware.
I see that your device supports only 256 MB memory. Well, I m not 100% sure, but it sounds like it could be a reason for the game from problems. What about ram increases? upgrade memory could be the magic key

Age of Empires 2 cannot host the game with Windows 7, Server networking DirectPlay
I recently installed Age of Empires II: The Conquerors Expansion on Windows 7 Ultimate RC1 at home.
This game does not work on Windows 7 with some work. First color is screwed up because it runs using 256 colors. Killing the task of 'explorer' in the Task Manager, while the game is running fixed that.
My new problem is that I can't host a game in network on Windows 7. I've done some packet sniffing and I think it has to do with Directplay Server does not properly.
According to Wikipedia
- In Windows Vista , DirectPlay has been deprecated and DirectPlay Voice and NAT Helper of DirectPlay have been removed.
I can join Games hosted on a Windows XP with Windows 7 machine, but I'm not able to host my own games.
At work, we all use Windows 7 to play after hours is not possible because we do not have an XP machine to host the game.
How can I me Directplay specifically Directplay Server run on Windows 7?
I tried AOE2 running in Compatibility Mode for XP SP2 as it as an administrator.
Kind regards
Joey
If, after upgrading two machines Windows 7 Beta to Windows 7 Professional Retail, I managed to get the machines to see after turning off UPnP on the router. I guess AOE2 is the ad itself and the router it's treat as UPnP.

Cannot read Blu Rays with software HP DVD play BD and HD DVD
I have a Pavilion m9060n Vista desktop computer. Running HDMI on a monitor Samsung. It is used to play Blu Rays on the rare times where I tried it, now, it won't. I went through the procedure of updating through Cyberlink and now I'm stuck with this:
"Do you want to activate your reader now" flashes on the display and the program stops. This happens on multiple disks.
I reinstalled the DVD playback software, run the Cyberlink BD & 3D Advisor and it passes. I tried to read a comic that I ripped to my hard drive, video playback, but there is no sound, probably due to the fact that he is no longer a healthy option HMDI in DVD playback menu.
For testing purposes, I have download the Cyberlink PowerDVD 10 trial and everything works fine which must exclude a hardware problem.
Who did the trick. Everything I threw at it worked well. I tried to do an update, the police is unreadable on my screen and it gave me the opportunity to close this window. Impossible to tell what version it is.

Cannot read the presentation with music
Hello:
I have Adobe Reader X (Spanish) and the latest version of Flash Player installed.
In Edit - Preferences - multimedia in Adobe Reader X, I set as default player 'Adobe Flash Player' since I don't have Windows Media Player or Quick Time installed in my computer.
I'm playing a PDF presentation with sound. The same presentation, but without the sound works OK. Slides of the changes very well in auto mode.
But trying to play (the sound is a sample audio .mp3) a Javascript window pops up saying "error Adobe playing this media clip.
A friend in another computer with also Adobe reader X can read the file OK. His plays very well. But it has as default player for Windows Media Player.
So maybe it's a wrog to Adobe Reader or Flash Player configuration?
How can I solve problem?
Best regards
Gustavo
The built-in Flash Player is used only for Flash Media created in Acrobat 9 or later - existing media will be * always * use an external application. As your PDF is version 1.5, that it should contain only legacy media, so it will take external applications registered for each type of file.

Cannot read the DVD with Windows Media Player
Running WIndows Server 2008 R2. Desktop experience is responsible. In my view, that it includes Windows Media Player V12.
Try to play the DVD. The message "setting resolution". Setting resolution does not help.
Installed K-Lite Codec Pack full. Get the same message on the resolution setting. Uninstall K - Lite Codec Pack now I get ' WMP cannot play the DVD because no compatible DVD decoder is not installed on your computer.
I'm a novice and dangerous, so no "step-by-steps" would be greatly appreciated.
Hi MarkMann,
Your question of Windows is more complex than what is generally answered in the Microsoft Answers forums. It is better suited for Windows Server on TechNet. Please post your question in the TechNet Windows Server forum.

Original title: card video questions
My company adds two monitors to existing systems that are also running good XP and windows 7. Everything goes smoothly with the exception of one system using windows XP. I replaced the original video card (ATI DELL X 1300 128 MB VIDEO CARD in the PCI-E DVI TV-OUT) with nvidia GeForce 8400 GS and when I try to install the drivers through the disk, I get the following message: "Windows cannot read this disk. The disc's might be corrupted or it could be in a form that is not compatible with Windows. I flashed the BIOS, but still nothing. Do I need a different video card?
Hi TheRealBradB,
· The computer is on a domain network?
You can download and install the drivers from the nVidia GeForce 8400 GS video card for site.
GeForce 8400 GS video card
http://www.nvidia.com/page/GeForce8.html
You can run the Autodetect your GPU and check the drivers.
Also contact nVidia support for help on the issue.

Hi, I wanted to try the following context menu with the javaScript function:
function addMyItem() { var myItem = { actionId: 'Delete', label: 'Delete', icon: 'delete.png' }, contexts = [blackberry.ui.contextmenu.CONTEXT_IMAGE, blackberry.ui.contextmenu.CONTEXT_INPUT]; blackberry.ui.contextmenu.addItem(contexts, myItem, function () { console.log('hi') }); }
I have this function of reference on the API [1]
When I try to run this function, I get the error:
Eception typeError: cannot read property CONTEXT_IMAGE undefined
What's not here?EDIT: I have the function ID in my config
[1] https://developer.blackberry.com/html5/apis/blackberry.ui.contextmenu.html
I have a little differently, but have checked that it worked for me during a test.
var share = { actionId: 'share', label: 'Share Image', icon: '../images/share.png' }; var contexts = [blackberry.ui.contextmenu.CONTEXT_IMAGE]; blackberry.ui.contextmenu.addItem(contexts, share, function(){ alert('Sharing is caring!'); });
If this does not work, can you let us know what development kit software that you use, and we can test again if necessary?

Windows 7: cannot read games full screen
Now, I know that it is a very common problem, but so far, I found nothing like that that I have a problem with. First of all:
- Acer Aspire Z5600
- Windows 7 home x 64
- Intel Pentium Dual-Core E5400 2.70 GHz
- 3.00 GB Ram
- 500 GB internal Hardrive, 1 TB external hard drive
- Intel G45/G43 Express Chipset
- Native resolution 1920 x 1080
Good at little about 3 months ago I had no problem with mode full screen and each game worked perfectly. Now, there are no games that I have who will play full screen without the screen goes funky on me. By funky I mean it becomes black, white, gray, (segments of quarter blue/red/green/yellow) then black again and go through this program permanently. I uninstalled the chipset and reinstalled with new drivers. I changed and tried all resolutions in all games with always the same effect, and this also happens when I try to change the native resolution. Nothing works but 1920 x 1080.
If anyone can help me would be great. My chance is just something simple, but I've exhausted my brain on this issue for some time and I would like to help.
(It is written for someone who does not know too well with Windows 7. Windows Vista must be the same fix. If there are any Windows XP delivers like this, post and I'll do what I can)
OK I'm back after a busy holiday season and I solved the problem (of course, it was so easy). I did enter my menu START, click DEVICES AND PRINTERS. According to this device, your video card is under (mine is in my computer, all in a single image) you want to double-click on that one. Go to the HARDWARE tab and scroll down until you see your video card, you have installed (you can see a lot of options related to the card as well. It is fine). You're going to go into the PROPERTIES of all the topics containing your card and ROLL BACK THE DRIVER on the DRIVERS tab. This will remove updates that Microsoft has put on your card finally allowing you to play fullscreen (resize your resolution).
I checked all Microsoft sites, Articles, affiliates, or even any help sites and the sad thing was, there was no help on this. However, I find a certain blip little info that triggered my mind to this fix. Microsoft had indicated there was a lot of problems with the updates that came out recently. That's all they said. Nothing to try and help and any info on how they will solve this problem with a new updated. As far as I know, there will be no update for this problem for ACER Z5600 all in One Touch screen PC Media.
If restore all your drivers causing problems for any other software you have (no problem for me), then I suggest to update all your drivers again and do trial and error with restore and update until you have all the programs happy. If all cannot coincide, then I propose to replace one of you're games/programs (any software is to give the question) to a more reputable.
Well, I really hope that this hotfix helps everyone with this problem. My life just that became much easier and not more mind frying time, lol. If this does work for you, then please click on "Mark as answer" if others can also enjoy their time again. : D
