  I think you could have typed incorrect order in the run window. Here are the steps that may help you.

  1 open administrative tools by clicking the Start button, click on the Control Panel, clicking system and Maintenance, and then clicking Administrative Tools.

OK, I support and develop custom applications. An older application especially written in Delphi allows users to attached documents (pdf, jpg, txt, etc.) to the records of equipment in a data base. Later users can view these records of equipment and press a button to display the document.

  When the user presses the button to view the document, the application uses the folder variable to save the document to the temporary path and then asks windows via a shell command to open the file. The appeal of Delphi for windows used is the following:

  Normally this process works very well, we have had no problems so far. On a single computer (windows xp pro with Service Pack 3) belonging to a client, instead of opening the file, windows returns the system 31 error and the message ""a device attached to the system is not functioning.   my indesign CS6 worked perfectly until yesterday afternoon, when it crashed and wont open again all of a sudden. all it says is "there are fonts missing required system or cmap files. "Reinstall indesign." Done, with the cc cleaner, but it does not work!

  works on windows 7, sp1 - never had any problems.

  everything I can find in other forums on the cs2, which is quite outdated. Why this happens to you? all my other programs of the master collection work very well!

  Okay, after a frustrating weekend, the problem seems to have resolved itself. what I did (for future applications):

  -Downloaded cs6 master collection (since I had my CD not with me)

  -install old desinstallion

  -wipe the system with the cleaning of cc adobe tool everything down

  -Restart

  -install cs6

  -same error. no chance to do anything.

  I then installed a trial version on another computer to render at least my pdf. Then I tried something new: I put the WCPA & fonts (in C:/programs/Common Files/Adobe/PDFL) from the pc to work on a USB key. When I "supported" my PDFL folder on my pc main in a zip (just in case), I gave indesign another try. Then he started upward - since it was the first time a little slower than usual, but it's on track.

  I had the same problem, and I was looking for help, but could not find.

  It's very frustrating not being able to record a greeting voicemail customized because default greeting looks like very hostile. (A stern survey woman says: "the party that you want to reach is unavailable!")   In any case... I hit on an idea and tried it out, and it worked!

  One of the buttons has two sets of arrows going round and round. It is the button to reset the voicemail for the default greeting. On a hunch, I selected the Yes option. After I did it, all of a sudden I could record a voice greeting! • My operating system is Windows XP Home Service Pack 3. In the process of printing two jobs, first filled, but second one hung up. Error message was the print spooler does not.

  I followed the suggestion to use start > Control Panel > administration tool > services > print spooler > properties.

  System in automatic mode but State of the said service stopped.

  I get error 1075: the dependency service does not exist or has been marked for deletion.

  Printer worked this AM, but stopped working between two print jobs.

  I used Mr. Fixit to diagnose and fix the problem. Mr. Fixit indicates the print spooler service is not running, but cannot fix it.

  Is there a source code for Windows XP service pack 3 which can be downloaded to replace the corrupted code?

  The error message was THAT SYSTEM ERROR 1075 has occurred.

  The dependency service does not exist or has been marked for deletion.

  If I need to reload the operating system, I have a back up saved on a hard drive.

  Do you know what file (s?) needs to be recharged?
