  I am a new user but have searched the forums and FAQS and can't find the answer.

  I have VMWare Workstation Player version 12 for Linux.  Host is 23 Fedora on a processor quad-core i5 with 8 GB of RAM.  Guest operating system is Windows 7.  It's for personal use, so I don't have a license key.

  The question I have, is that several parameters is not editable, especially the number of processors. The selection is grayed out and set to 1.  In addition, the hard drive and display settings (graphics card) cannot be changed either.

  I tried both with the virtual machine off and with it works.  Doesn't make a difference, the settings are grayed out.

  I searched everywhere for an explanation, but have not found a clue.  Help, please!

  The settings are grayed out when:
  -the virtual machine is running
  -the virtual machine is suspended
  -l' virtual computer runs in background

  If poweroff the virtual machine with a full stop of the guest.
  If it still does not - check if you are the owner of the vmx file

• I downloaded a trial version of Lightroom 5 in early January. My try missed, and I bought the full version (student and teacher edition, which has already been checked). The instructions say to enter serial number (which I have) in the 'scenery '.

  I am registered in the creative Cloud student and Teacher Edition. However; 5.4 Lightroom on my mac has said that I can use Lightroom for mobile for a trial period of 30 days. It seems to me that my creative cloud membership allow me to use the Mobile with Lightroom. This is indeed the case?

  Glad it works for some, however, having the same problem (still shows trial) after 10 days of back and forth with Adobe support - it appears LR Mobile IS NOT included with membership educational CC (not sure if buying through 3rd party had an effect or not). Documentation finally got, would have been nice if it was leaked with the release and technical support was aware - would have saved me many hours of troubleshooting.

  I need to download a driver but need to know if I have Windows XP, XP 64. I run Internet 7 SP3 if that makes a difference.   Windows XP if you have Windows XP, there are two ways to determine if you are running 32-bit or a 64-bit version. If one does not work, try the other.

  1. Click Startand then click run.
  2. Type sysdm.cpl, and then click OK.
  3. Click the general tab. The operating system is displayed as follows:
     • For a 64-bit version operating system: Windows XP Professional x 64 edition Version < year=""> appears under System.
     • For a 32-bit version operating system: Windows XP Professional Version appears under System.

  I understand that Adobe will automatically renew the plan once we entered my payment information, but how much will it cost to renew the plan?

  I try to combine two forms: forms of recording and registration of attendance.  The record attendance would list all students, and the registration forms would be student specific.  I wonder if there is a way that I can enter in the number of students on attendance record, and that the required number of forms would generate registration based on this number.

• FB 4.6.0 &amp; 3.3 AIR, cannot generate the IPAs more... * sigh *.

  I'm just stuck in a never-ending progress bar without worrying if I export for debug (fast or standard packaging) or to do a release build. Debugging gets 57% instantly as always, so do nothing. It doesn't crash, it just does not move. Release version does not even 1%.

  Anyone else get this behavior on Flash Builder and AIR 3.3/FP 11.3?

  At first I thought I was doing something wrong in the overlay, I added to the FP11.3 (of 4.6\player\win\11.3\FlashPlayerDebugger.exe Adobe Flash Builder) and also edited air - config.xml and airmobile-config. XML (in Adobe Flash Builder 4.6\sdks\4.6.0\frameworks) to point to 11.3 instead of 11.2 as well as version 16. I added the playerglobal.swc for 11.3 as well (in Adobe Flash Builder 4.6\sdks\4.6.0\frameworks\libs\player\11.3).

  Then I just took an old release 3.2 AIR and FB superimposed on 3.2. I got errors about demanding SWF version 16 and AIR 3.2 namespace does not support. So I changed it to point 11.2. Having AIR 3.2 and FP 11.2 handed in place, I can export fine.

  I hope someone else is seeing this.

  FB is using the new adt but it cannot handle the number of errors, it's having splashed with (I get my console BACK as 900. Here is more information about this:

  So yes, bypassing the generation of FB in the construction of etiquette and switch to the command line was the only way I was able to compile with AIR3.3 and FB with a DONKEY.

  I also tried what someone mentioned in the comment and opens the DONKEY to try to recompile it with the flag to ignore warnings (-w), but could not hang the SWC properly (ie.jampot did not a SWC, just source). Since I is not the source and can just do DONKEY easily I have just compiled using adt and it works.

  As the blog mentioned there is a known issue, especially on Windows and will be fixed in future versions of Flash Builder and Flash Pro (whatever that means... better not be a FB5.0 and CS7...)

  I have a report that includes:
  
  The course ID, number of students, score average, brand Maximum, standard deviation, Minimum Mark.
  
  Each course has several students on this and there is currently a line by which is what I want to keep.
  
  I want to be able to add another column that gives, for each course, the number of students who have failed (the brand is less than 40)
  and another column that tells me that the percentage of the total on the course that failed
  
  Does anyone have suggestions of how best to do it?
  
  The formulas I have used to date are:
  
  MIN (Mark) OVER (PARTITION BY ID of course)
  Max (Mark) OVER (PARTITION BY ID of course)
  AVG (Mark) OVER (PARTITION BY ID of course)
  StdDev (Mark) OVER (PARTITION BY ID of course)

  Hello

  I know not why you use the analytical functions with a partition when you want just a single line by course_id. Count (student_id), min (mark), max (mark), avg (mark) and stddev (mark) should give you what you need.

  To calculate that the number has not then you need calculation as;

  Count (case when Mark< 40="" then="" student_id="">

  and the percentage to help

  Count (case when Mark< 40="" then="" student_id="" end)="" *="">

  Just installed my new Adobe Acrobat Pro CD, now I need a serial number (having a Student and Teacher Edition)

  BUT: in my account, there is no product, and I can't find the way to list them

  It was so easy with Quark XPress, I was guided step by step, but Adobe seems a disaster for me...

• Cannot type the complete serial number for Flash Pro CS5.5 STUDENTS

  Flash Professional CS5.5 STUDENTS & teachers Edition has several letters at the beginning of the serial number in contrast to the standard versions.  I bought my copy from Amazon.com and I installed my copy once fine before but my computer crashed recently and now I can't reinstall Flash Pro, because it won't let me type in the form of paper letters, only numbers.  I tried typing normally, using shift, by copying and pasting the... nothing.  Is there another way that I can enter the serial number or fix anything that is not letting me type some letters?

  There are two numbers "serial" (product number) who came on the packaging of the product.

  The software is Adobe Flash Professional CS5.5 Student and Teacher Edition, purchased from Amazon.com and verification of the required student to get the license.

  I just went through my files that I've recovered from my laptop and it seems that the serial number on the packaging of the product has IN FACT of letters in there.  But I think that I had to register with Adobe and verify that I was a student before Adobe give me my legitimate serial number that contains only numbers.  It's so why there are tons of these discussions about this who aren't ever answered because the people demand and people who help are good and evil at the same time.  Students are trying to use the only series that has been provided, but it isn't the real serial number.  Adobe could perhaps more clear that this is not a serial number of the product below?   "Product code" stands for "Serial number" to most people.

  You use this code (code with letters inside; the "product code") to contact Adobe and check your status of teacher/studen and then they give you the true serial number which is all numbers.  Search your email for mail from Adobe to find your serial number if you have already done this.  I had completely forgotten how the process worked as it was some time ago.

  You will need to have the original CD of Office Student and teacher available to installation installation. If she has been pre-installed by your OEM when you purchased your computer, you will need to get the disks to reinstall.  Go back to where you bought your copy and see if they will provide records. (This may likely not).
