  I am working on a Dell 2400 that was not (until recently) updated or properly protected with a firewall / virus protection.

  I tried the copy of the demo of Norton Antivirus and it had detected I think:
  Trojan.fakeavalert and another who was virtumundo trojan.vundo or Trojan (I forgot the name)

  Recently, I uninstalled NAV installed the following:

  ZoneAlarm Internet Security (and all updated)
  AdAware 2008 - free version (and it's also up-to-date)

  The two ZoneAlarm & AdAware run fairly clean except for the cookies, etc. (low priority stuff)

  My problem right now is that there is something that is adding entries to the registry (even in safe mode), and it causes many web pages to pop up in IE7 or FireFox.
  The entries that I find in the registry are:
  \HKLM\software\microsoft\windws\currentversion\run
  Rundll32.exe "c:\windows\system32\rulufutu.dll",a"
  Rundll32.exe "c:\windows\system32\piyudijo.dll",a"
  Rundll32.exe "c:\windows\system32\kitehuvu.dll",a"

  When I delete these entries (even in safe mode), they are added in a few seconds.

  Try scans with both of these programs in the following order:

The best way to confirm this is to see if it is possible to make a backup with your iPhone 6s and see if Yes see a message in the sense of "this iPhone is currently being restored and will back up automatically when it's done.". If this is the case, then you want to wait for the restore before you delete the backup. Another thing to think about is if you still have your iPhone 4, make sure it is not turned on and backup. It would be considered in service as well.

  Here's what I use and recommend: (these are all free and very effective versions.)

  Avast and Prevx proved extremely reliable and compatible with all I have
  launched on them. Microsoft Security Essentials and Prevx have also proven to be very
  reliable and compatible. Use MSE or Avast and Prevx, Prevx 3 but not all.

  Avast Home free - stop any shields is not necessary except leave the file system, Web,.
  Operational network (Script and behavior are also recommended in Ver 6 +).

  Windows Defender (is not necessary if you use MSE)

  Protected IE - mode

  IE 8 - SmartScreen filter WE (IE 7 phishing filter)

  I also IE always start with asset if filter InPrivate IE 8.

  right of IE)

  Two versions of Avast are available 6.x and 4.8 x

  Also get Malwarebytes - free - use as scanner only. If you ever think malware and that
  would be unusual with Avast and occasional Prevx running with the exception of a low level cookie
  (not much), to UPDATE and then run it as a scanner. I have a lot of scanners and they
  never find anything of note that I started to use this configuration.

• Cannot remove the installation of Visual Basic 6.0 documents tool.

  I downloaded software for a PBEM game & when I double click on SETUP 1, was asked where to extract. I extracted it to my documents, and now I can't delete it.

  Every time I try, I get an error message saying "cannot remove the CONFIGURATION 1: access denied, check that the disk is not full or write protected and that the file is not currently in use.

  Can any ideas on how I get rid of him?

  You can remove your usb flash drive write protection using the method below:

  1. open the start menu and in the search bar type regedit and press to enter. This wil open the registry editor.

  2. navigate to the following location:

  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\StorageDevicePolicies

  Note:

  If the StorageDevicePolicies registry key does not exist, you must create it manually.

  3. in the right window, double-click the registration key and set the value to 0 in the value

  Data area, and then press the OK button

• Cannot remove a program

  My computer laptop girls running windows xp has a program called bitcomet.  She cannot remove it.  It is not listed in Add or remove programs box.  We can only find it in c:\programfiles\bitcomet.  When we try to delete this file, it stops the process and says access denied.  How to remove us from the computer?

  Go to Safe Mode and delete the files from there. Enter Safe Mode by repeatedly pressing F8 as the computer starts. That you will get the menu diagnosis where you will use your arrow keys to select Safe mode. After you remove files in Mode safe mode, restart the computer to return to normal Mode. Then since BitComet is an often used to download pirated music torrent client programs - a high risk computer activity - do a full scan for malware.
