  I understand that you have a DVD picture in your SuperDrive drive, but it is not mount on the desktop and will not eject.

  Please, try the procedure described in this article using the disc is ejected.

  Do not eject discs or discs eject slowly

  suggest you go menu window > workspace > reset Essentials

  I don't know that it is already in the forums several places!  Just bought an SSD over 240 GB.  Before connecting the drive, I made sure all drivers and BIOS on the Dell Latitude E6410 have been updated.  SSD placed more USB 3.0 drive housing and connected.  Saw NO disc in drive Windows manager (for example, my computer).  Downloaded and ran SanDisk dashboard and there it was!  Downloaded and executed the Apricorn software to clone drive free, and I got was pilot error.  Drive never copied passed 50%, and for each entry, there is an equal number of write errors!  So I stopped the process clone Apricorn and re-directed, with the same results.  Now, except for reports of dashboard from SanDisk that there is no attached SanDisk SSD!

  What's wrong?  Where at - it go?  How can I get that back?

  Download Macrium Reflect, he could see the SSD and clone SSD HARD drive.  Worked well.  The use as I write this.  Cannot explain what happened or why, but the problem is resolved.
