Cannot start cloud creative app
I have the latest version of Photoshop and Lightroom and they work very well, however I can't creative cloud app to run on my mac. The program will take care however a blue guard circle just turn inside the window of the program. I can remove the program and download and install again but I just imported all my photos of the opening to Lightroom and I'm still not up-to-date with installed programs and I'm worried I might remove some files catalog etc. Please could someone help me with a safe way to rectify the problem.

Hi Ron,
What do you mean exactly? The creative cloud App is just that - a stand-alone app that manages your subscription CC, including the app updates and active such as files and fonts.
You want an icon to click to run Lightroom? In this case, you would start Lightroom (not CC App) and either "pin to taskbar" (Windows) or "Keep in Dock" (Mac). If you need help doing that, just tell us what operating system you are running. If this isn't your question, please clarify what you are asking.

Is their any restrictions on the total facilities of cloud creative app after purchase of the monthly subscription for each user? For example, an application may not be installed on more than 1 computer. (Or it will break the policy of licensing or software etc.) ?
- You can install the software on as many computers as you want
- You can activate the software to be used on a maximum of any two computers at the same time
- You can only use one of the simultaneously active installations.

Problem with list of app @ Cloud Creative app (Mac)
Hello
After any new Creative Cloud App installation and successful connection to my adobe account in a single application, I see on the folder Apps apps to install.
Instead, I see the only mistake of downloading and please contact us by. Below there is only a blue button with Creative cloud download.
I tried several times to uninstall creative cloud and install app again (even with CC cleaning app), using CleanMyMac app to clean up garbage in the system, cleaning of host etc. file and the problem still exists.
Is there a solution for this problem? I would be very happy if someone can help me

Creative cloud does not work for me. Tried to update LR CC and completed 100% download but get setup error.
Tried to uninstall/reinstall recommended LR and creative cloud app and firewall disabled, but this does not (error 7) and now I'm left with a useless nothing!
Seems to be the creative cloud that is the problem, even though it updates photoshop very well.
This began when the update previous, never had any problems before.
Any suggestion is welcome.
All fixed now.
It turns out that Cloud Creative had changed all of my permissions and was not recognize me as an administrator. Strange that Photoshop has however?

Manager Update remote does not refresh the creative cloud for windows app. It is intended, that we need a separate tool to update the CC - App? Are there manuals describing how to upgrade automatically?
Because business users do not have admin privileges, I would do it with a tool such as the Remote Update Manager - but RUM will update all other adobe applications, just not the creative cloud app...

Desktop client Adobe creative cloud works on the automatic update workflow whenever Adobe publishes. You can only create a package for desktop Creative cloud using cloud creative package and then deploy to machines of the user, and they will have an updated version of the creative cloud Office.
