  Anyone know where I can download first Elements 7 trial? My school is using Elements 7 first, and I'm afraid I'll have some compatibility issues with items 9 and 7.

  This could be tough, as pre 7 is now two years and two versions of old, I think the trial downloads are completed for a long time.

  Also don't forget, any project in any version of 'trial' is going to be a watermark, so you might not be happy with the results. This FAQ entry will tell you more about the watermark.

  I have a MacBook Pro laptop computer and I recently bought first elements 13 because I need for school and work however when I get to the last phase of download, my serial number is not being accepted and I tried many methods of download!   Whenever I try to download first items 11, after putting in my code and pressing the download button, I get an error of https://red.protexis.net/ saying "the URL you are looking to achieve is not a valid URL.   When my mother bought his computer, it came with first Elements 8. Now I want that first items on my computer, so I plan on deactivate the license on his computer (with their permission of course), download first on my Mac and the use of this license. • Someone downloaded first elements 9 MacContent1 with success?

  I downloaded the demo on my iMac, and from the beginning as a test I was offered the option to download additional content for the Mac.  I selected the 'yes' and was taken to the next page:

  In the box under MAC OS, I clicked on the download link now that is supposed to be 3.66 GB.  However, the link points to the file .dmg for 9 first and no to the 'content '.

  What version of Premiere Elements you have?

  Is your Windows 8 32-bit or 64-bit?

  Are download you the installation of Adobe files? When you have downloaded these files time Adobe first, if you did, what operating system were they have downloaded Windows 7 64-bit or 64-bit Windows 8?

  If you download files from installation of Adobe, you need two files. One will be a .exe file extension, and the other with a .7z file extension.

  The important fact is that these files must be for the 32 bit or 64 bit for any operating system that you are using.

  Look at the names of the files you download. If either has a 32 in them and you have a 64-bit computer, then you have the wrong files.

  Go back and download coupons for 64-bit.
