  Hi, recently my PC has a few updates as usual. I'm on windows 10. When I went to open Photoshop desktop CC app open and ask me to check a person email address that I have no connection too. It won't let me log off of this sort I'm stuck until the email address is checked and I can not any work done now. Here is a picture that shows what happens every time I try to open CC or Photoshop. Anything that might help would be much appreciated.

  I'm trying to download the app CC before attempting to get a trial for CC photography.  I am reluctant to pay in advance after 2 earlier attempts to download items 13 and 14 failed times (I got my money back).  the download begins, Norton said his safe, the loading bar starts to roll, and then just stops.  I give you the last chance of Adobe here.  Help called just sent me round in circles.  I have someone out there who can help please?

  Do you have an error message when it stops?

  Try solution 2 mentioned in error: "unable to install". Creative Cloud Desktop and then run the Setup again.

  As discussed during the call, you need to delete all entries in your host file.

  Deliting that one line will not fix the problem.
