Canon Flash 430EX 11 to go with my Canon EOS camera D 70 with a 18-135mm lens.

I bought a Canon 430EX 11 Flash to go with my Canon EOS camera D 70 with a 18-135mm lens. Flash displays the icon confirming the auto zoom only intermittent and when it isn't, twist the zoom of the camera does not appear on the screen of the flash.  The batteries are charged and the flash is locked on the camera.

I'm not entirely sure I understand your question.  The 430EX II has can be put in a mode where it automatically follows the camera zoom (within the limits... 24 mm to 105 mm), but you can ALSO put it in a mode where you manually control the zoom flash.  If it's in the manual control mode, so it won't automatically zoom.

It is important that the 'broad' Panel not in use (if you go out and go back to the bottom of the Panel then flash will go to wide angle and zoom not EVEN if it was in auto mode.)

Press the Zoom button, then use the - / + keys to change the zoom.

When under manual control, there is a black "M" icon that appears the word "Zoom".  If the "M" is not present then it is auto zoom mode.

Finally... When you change the zoom on the camera lens, generally nothing will happen on the flash UNTIL you wake up the system by doing a half - press the shutter button.    When the camera wakes up to the meter and focus... it is when she allows to set the zoom on the flash head.

    Flash Player is not supported on WebOS (see Adobe Flash Player |) Technical for supported platforms).  I'm not aware of any solution to read content Flash on WebOS.  One option is to connect your computer to your TV with an HDMI cable.

  • We use Flash Pro CC creating animations with legends and export to html 5.  We must translate the captions in other languages. How can we download translation of texts in our flash animations so we can use them in html5 using CreateJS?

    We use Flash Pro CC creating animations with legends and export to html 5.  We must translate the captions in other languages. How can we download translation of texts in our flash animations so we can use them in html5 using CreateJS?  I use the Flash on a Mac OSX 10.10.3

    Are you familiar with JavaScript?

    It does not completely answer your question, but the text displayed on the screen from any language (ActionScript/CreateJS / [insert the programming language]) generally all following the same path. Each language has a file stored in some form of key = value style, named through the language and the country of your choice, for example en_US.json

    Any language would allow the user to choose regional settings. The application would then grab the appropriate file and everywhere where the text is needed, the script must be using a (usually global or singleton) variable/service that can get the text of the requested key.

    for example if I wanted a user to have a confirmation of dialogue who said 'are you sure?"with buttons for 'Yes' and 'No', I would have (for me), an Englishman, USA base file en_US.json with these values, for example:

    en_US. JSON example:

    {

    'CONFIRM_YES_NO': ' are you sure?

    'YES': '' Yes. ''

    'NO': 'no '.

    }

    Then you use simply JS/AJAX to read this file. You analyze, or simply JSON decode in an object, or manually, depending on what suits your needs. When you want to display any text, you use the object (variable, maintenance, etc.) you have stored these values.

    for example calling to display function confirm dialogue:

    Nickname... but if you understand...

    and this comes from jQuery UI (see here)

    function confirmDialog() {}

    $(«#dialog-confirmer»).dialog({)

    Title: LocalizationObject ['CONFIRM_YES_NO'],

    buttons:]

    {

    text: LocalizationObject ["YES"],

    Click: function() {/ / do something for 'yes '.

    }

    {

    text: LocalizationObject ["NO"],

    Click: function() {/ / do something to the 'no '.

    }

    ]

    });

    }

    Please consider loosely. 'LocalizationObject' is a variable object or service that returns the appropriate text for the key that you provide. In this case, he provided the key 'CONFIRM_YES_NO', 'YES' and 'NO', which must be on the right answer for this key, localized.

    Again, this is not a manual on how to do it via Flash Pro but it's the general conceptual way you could do it in any language. There are a variety of other ways to do it, but it's a very simple way, as long as you keep your key names at least wake up verbose. A key name such as LocalizationObject ["ABC123"] is not really tell you what the key can be referred. Also nest them contributes greatly, as LocalizationObject ["UI'] ['DIALOGUES'] ['CONFIRM'] ['YES_NO'] = ' are you sure? It just shows I nested the title of the dialog within the user interface, because it is the text that appears in the user interface rather than content. Then inside dialog boxes that may contain a variety of different dialog boxes. Then inside her CONFIRM type of dialogue. Finally, the type is a dialogue YES_NO type (as opposed to OK_CANCEL or JUST_OK, etc.). Whole set makes it easy to understand what the text of reading: UI YES_NO confirm DIALOG boxes.

    I hope that from here you can see that you need to review everywhere you display text on the screen and centralize it in a sort of object (function or variable) of your choice. You must store the external language files to prevent unnecessarily load the other languages as well as an easy to modify Setup.

    The rest is just using basic JavaScript.

    Just be ready for the most difficult challenge. At least for me. The size of the text in several languages is very different, and in some cases requires the loading of special fonts. This can make layout in a very difficult dynamic environment. Always thinking all text how big or small can be in any particular and plan field on this size more and shrink so that to handle this situation correctly.

    In general, when the desktop software uses Flash Player, it's because they're incorporating an Internet Explorer window in the application.  If you do not have Flash Player for Internet Explorer (aka. the ActiveX Flash Player) installed, then the desktop app is not going to work.

    Then, launch Internet Explorer

    Go here: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

    Follow the prompts and then relaunch the application after you have completed the installation in Internet Explorer.  I hope this sorts for you.

  • Photoshop works better with the Canon EOS 7 d or Nikon D7000?

    18.0 megapixels - Canon EOS 7 d

    16.2 megapixels - Nikon D7000

    Also, I keep reading the best digital to work with Photoshop CS5.5 image format is RAW.

    Is this good?

    Thank you.

    Jeff says.

    Nikon or Canon is the same as Coke or Pepsi. It's one you prefer. Photoshop and Adobe Camera Raw plugin consume and process is very well.

    RAW files give you more data to work with - so that you have more latatude to adjust an image with a greater color fidelity and fewer artifacts.

    Some users (documentary/news photographers) prefer JPEG because their cameras can contain more and reach more quickly - and more they can ship these files directly to anyone and allow them to open and view them.

    Since the update to IOS 10/Sierra, the Photos is not automatically import photos from my camera. Previously, I would like to connect the camera to the USB port, open iPhotos and he would start the import process. I've rechecked through Capture of Image and importer self that my camera is recognized as a device. I have started and restarted several times; and double checked that my camera (Canon EOS 20 d) is compatible with the Sierra. My camera always does not appear as a device in Photos. Help, please!

  • Digital Camera RAW Compatibility Update Canon EOS 80 d

    Hello

    I am trying to import RAW + JPEG images of my new Canon EOS 80 d in Photos. When I try to choose images-> use BRUTE as the original , I get the following error message:

    Cannot switch Original.

    Pictures cannot move to the original because the RAW is not supported.

    I wonder now if the current version of Digital Camera RAW Compatibility Update includes the 80 d EOS, and if not, when it will be updated.

    My version of Photos is:

    Version 1.5 (370.42.0)

    Digital camera RAW 6.18.1 (831)

    Digital Camera Support RAW 6181 (207)

    Best,

    Chris

    I have not seen the 80 EOS D on the RAW supports list - Digital camera RAW formats supported by OS X El Capitan - Apple Support

    Support of Canon is generally fast so I hope that with the next RAW update

  • How to add a mic on Canon EOS 1200D?

    Hello

    I belong to the consumer of the Canon EOS 1200D with EF 18-55 MM Kit lens. I noticed that it doesn't have an audio input. However, I like to record the audio of my table mixer and video of my digital SLR simultaneeously without video editing. Is it possible to add an audio input to the camera?

    Thank you

    Negative results.  You must save your audio separately and then use video editing.  Use a digital slate on audio and video synchronization.
