I need driver of canon laser shot lbp-1210 for winodows 7
I have search everywhere on the net, but did not find please some 1 give me vry thnkfull for say
I try to find in google and canon site but still can't find driver for windows 7

It is an old printer.

If you are using 32-bit Windows 7 try the Vista driver.
If this does not work, or if you have Windows 7 64-bit, there is no driver and you need a new printer.

    G ' Day,.

I found the same problem. This printer works very well under Windows 7 32-bit and does not at all under Windows 7 64-bit.

Support section of the Canon Web site says the LBP-1120 is only supported under Windows 7 32 bit. Canon driver will not work on Windows 7 64-bit. And Canon says that they have no plans to support the 1120 Windows 7 64-bit either.

Looks like we're both blocked :(

  • Windows 8: need for Canon Laser Shot LBP-1120 printer driver

I turned on my printer, the other day for the first time since the installation of Windows 8, and nothing happened.

XP drivers I used do not work, or no Vista I found drivers.

Does anyone has experience of this printer with Windows 8, or may suggest a compatible driver please?

    For the record:
I did it. In fact, it is possible to connect a lasershot 1120 Windows 7 x 64 machine.
This should work for win8, don't test that but this guide could still be useful. Not for the faint of heart, however, you must be comfortable with your operating system.
    Here goes:
You need virtual machines for this race of win xp.
Download the integration for the printer modules.
the usb section it should list as shared. Change the connect, disable it in Windows 7.
Install the drivers for Windows XP in the VM through devices > new printer. Those of your original download copy on the virtual disk before their execution. Note that the winspool service crashes. Restart services whenever he does. Check the usb device back to shared. Reconnection in case of failure. To do this, it seems a lot. There is a known bug in the canon CAPT pilot to crash the spooler by the UMBus enumerator service. Because of the virtual machine, you can not fix this. I'm sorry.
Make sure to get the solution of prevention dep canon and install it as well. It's an exe located on the site of canon driver. Only, it'll work when or is in place. At this point, I have made a link to the desktop for system services. To save you the trouble to go to the config.
When everything is installed, you must stop and restart.
With the printer connected and good start win XP virtual.
Spooler crash, nevermind. Go to start > programs > startup and delete the canon statusthingy.
change the settings for usb devices connected.
Check printing devices, it should show the lbp1120. The opening he does fail, no spooler.
restart the or an once more.
Check once again, opening the printer lbp must now produce the windows printer box with its 'ready' status Note that the canon tray printerthingy report normally used, but you should now be able to print things to him.

Note: it took me a long time, juggle with win xp, or restarts, reinstall the drivers, etc...
You must be determined enough to make it work as the virtual machine is slow, restaring it takes forever and the final result is still imperfect, you have to do the whole routine restart or after the virtual Windows XP startup whenever you need.

Now, once you've got liftoff is the printing process:

    -connect the printer
    -Start win XP virtual machine
-USB > camera Canon CAPS > connect
-Restart the printer spooler in: Config > System Management > System Services > or > start
-Open the document and print it

Complicated way to do it, but I use this printer for manufacturing toner-transfer method custom circuits and this way I don't have to put my designs on USB and start ye olde win XP on another pc.
Still I had some good fun breaking the problem :-)

  • Installation printer Canon Laser Shot LBP3000 with Windows 8

I have just updated from XP to Windows 8 and want to use my printer Canon LBP3000 perfectly good.    Considering that it was quite a jump in the BONE, I was hesitant on installation on the original CD.   A check of the drivers on the Canon Website does not seem to reveal anything to the LBP3000 to Windows 8.
I imagine that this issue has already been raised and I was wondering what would be my best route.

  • 8.1 Win driver for my MX870 printer

Just got a new Dell with Windows 8.1. When I plugged my MX870, Windows has installed a driver. The driver for printing looks similar to the original driver Canon I had 2-3 years and installed on my old Dell with Vista.

But I do not see a Canon driver for scanning with the MX870. I don't see the applet Windows Fax and Scanner lame, but which is really lame.

I see that the web page of Canon has a Windows 8 driver for the printer. So, always cautious about installing anything - I guess I should uninstall the installed driver Windows 8.1, then install the driver on the website of Canon?

If so, should I install the driver with the printer NOT connected to the computer?

    Thank you

    Joe

    JoeZ salvation,

You don't have to uninstall the drivers that were already installed by Windows; You can simply download and install the latest drivers for your printer from Canon USA site.  Please click here to access the drivers and software page for the PIXMA MX870.  Once the initial download to your model page, follow these steps:

    1. check that the operating system detected in the "OPERATING SYSTEM" drop is correct and if this isn't the case, please click on the drop down menu to select your operating system.

    2. then, click the red arrow next to the "RECOMMENDED FOR YOU" section and click on the drivers of MP file. When you do, a red DOWNLOAD button will appear. Please click the box below the button DOWNLOAD, and then click DOWNLOAD to start the download. The time for the download process can vary depending on the speed of your Internet connection and the size of the file being downloaded.

Once you have downloaded the MP drivers file, please follow the steps above to download also the rest of the printer software, except in step 2, you can click the red arrow next to the word SOFTWARE to view and download the software.

    I hope this helps!

  • Cannot find a driver for printer Canon LBP 800 for Windows 7

    Hello

I use Windows 7, but I can't find a driver for Canon LBP 800 printer. Can you Halp me please?

    Hello Kromanjonac,

Thank you for your message.  As seen HERE , Microsoft does not display a compatibility for your LBP 800, they show however, compatibility for the LBP 860.  Your best options will be either wait for Canon produce a Windows 7 pilot (who, if you call or post in the forums, they can tell you they are working or he does not intend to write a driver for this model), try the steps mentioned DeadManWalking86, or reach a new printer.
