If you have not installed Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application, download and install the same.
Sign in using your Adobe ID and password.
Once connect you, click on the applications tab, if the CC application that was purchased is listed with button install, then its fine or else we have need to check more.

I am facing many problems with the first.
I bought the first Pro CC version 2015.
It worked a few days and now I get an error 16 when I want to start.
I sought a solution on the forums and nothing among these solutions.
Then, I contacted the support via chat.
We managed to re - install Adobe Application Manager and it worked... for a day.
After starting my computer, I get this error again.
And when I try to run the Adobe Application Manager, it tells me now that the cloud of Creative Adobe could not launch. Even if I re - install the Application Manager.
I tried to re - install Adobe Creative cloud but nothing happens when I hit the button "uninstall."
This is starting to be a pain in the neck...
I have a 64-bit Windows OS 8.1.

Right-click on the Adobe Premiere Pro CC.exe shortcut and select "Run as Administrator".

Looks like an automatic update was made on 14/06/15 (at least a new folder 'Adobe Creative Cloud_3.1.0.108' - which is empty - was created on this date) record The Adobe Creative Cloud which contained, including the executable file was updated on 18/05/2015. I tried clicking on the desktop icon, the link from the list of programs, and the executable... nothing seems to work. Use a Win 7 PC. My CC files are in the folder files (x 86) programs. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

If you uncheck the launch at login checkbox for cloud creative launch at startup. You can still get the notification of update by launching the cloud creative app manually. You will not get automatic notification if creative cloud desktop application does not run and the display notification check box is not checked.

Running Mac OS X Lion on a MacBook Pro 2011.
Not only will not be one of the launch applications, nothing appears in my menu bar and the uninstall program does not work either... tried stop all processes in the activity monitor and revitalize... no dice.

I forgot to follow up of this... It's very simple. The creative cloud app itself was opened in another (suspended) user account, and who kept the applications to run in the original account.
