  Hello

  I was given a Captivate file and I need to translate everything for the French. I translated everything, with the exception of a single message on the results of the quiz screen. When the user fails there is a message that displays "Sorry, you failed the quiz" and I need to translate it. I looked everywhere but can't seem to find where to update this message, including under the menu Preferences of Quiz.

  How can I change this sentence? What is a variable that controls the message here?

  Hi all

  I am able to use the SWFLoader for loading a Captivate.swf, and play using the nextSlide, previousSlide etc..  However I am stuck by the quiz.

  I have access to all the symbols rd * and cp *.   I would like to navigate through all the slides, but if I have a quiz, I'm stuck in 'rdcmndGotoSlide' 'rdcmndNextSlide' or parameter passed the quiz.  Does anyone know if this is possible?  Help, please!

• Captivate 9 - LMS completion questions and quiz preferences

  Having a nightmare.  I have developed a unique course with simulations.  However I must quiz slides or knowledge check.

  I tried to publish on a settings of SCORM 1.2 LMS System.  Performance criteria I want is a percentage of slide views (70%).

  The course publishes and runs smoothly in our workplace LMS - however - after which crosses the whole of the project and our closing system fails to enroll in courses such as "completed". We get the NE NOT EVALUATED values instead.

  I tried to adjust the performance criteria, even for the "USER ACCESS" minimum but still no joy.

  Does anyone else have this problem?

  If there is no quiz in the project I just usually put the Quiz > settings for:

  Representation of State = incomplete - pass/fail

  Success/completion criteria = slide views (and game display the percentage to something that is guaranteed to the user)

  Leave quiz went unselected (since there is no quiz.

  Data to report = percentage (which is actually a bit meaningless if there is no quiz)

  In SCORM cloud I always get the achievement and success of this way.

  I have a 13 'reader' page where the learner should only view the slides, and when they get to the end, near the course.

  I'm on Saba 5.4.3.  I'm editing of SCORM 1.2 but can not seem to get 'course' to go to the "transcript".

  I suggest that you use a button instead of a quiz question since you must properly configure the issue so that he won't have that one click on the button submit.  Otherwise it will take two clicks per user. To submit and another click to progress.  A normal button will always work with a single click.

  Just add a normal Captivate to the second last slide and this button the option Report of Quiz with a score of 1.

  Label this button something like click here to complete this Module or similar, so that all learners get the idea they REALLY NEED to click on this button or else their courses are no more.  Simply adjust as continue or go to action page based on the success of the button action.

  Do the last slide in the film quite short, maybe a second or two. Set preferences > action of end of project-to-project stop or close project, depending on what seems better to work with your LMS.  If you throw all the course modules in a window for the SCORM player, you can often use close project.  But if you spear the course content in the SCORM player, you will find that some LMS will not allow the Close command project and project to stop is a better option.

  If it's any consolation, you shouldn't need to do this just to have your course to complete, but yours isn't the only LMS that does this with Captivate content.

  Hi, I have a question about the feature of revision quiz in Captivate 5.  When I review quiz, questions and the buttons do not appear.  I checked the transition between slides to "fade in" only.  Questions remain missing after the review.  Figure out and can't find any post related to this issue.

  Ok.  By the look of your screenshots you have deleted some elements of the quiz question slides.

  Were you remove all standard legends such as the legend of title or caption Quiz, or items such as the control box?

• Can Captivate 6 export quiz results/interactions to Excel?

  We use the option in Captivate 6 internal server reports. I thought there was a widget for this, but I couldn't find.

  We would like to know if we can capture data to a great quiz and then throw in the internal server, or vice versa.

  Is this possible?

  With Adobe Captivate Quiz results analyzer, you can go and get the result of interactions and the Quiz reports and export it in. CSV, which. CSV can be opened in MS Excel.

  I had trouble getting the correct behavior of the saba LMS all day. Could someone help me set my preferences to quiz correctly please

  • The user can try the test several times in this lesson

  Your needs are how to create content for saba lms here is what I do differently - status must be defined as complete / incomplete no pass/fail. Quiz score should be defined as Points is not per cent. Should your quiz points total exactly 100 points for questions combined (not 230). On the 3 screen, needed to change the optional neck drop required. You'll need to activate the button resume. I would have suggested to remove the option that allows to the learner to review quiz, which tends to confuse learners and they think that the course has frozen on them as they cannot answer the question in this State.   In Captivate, I create a question 20 survery (yes/no responses). I need captivate to count the number of times where the user has selected the 'YES' and based on this number, to provide a result/answer.

  No, you can have only a quiz in a file. That's why the score slide "moved" to extend the scope of quiz.

  You can show the results of the first quiz, but need to create that partial score slide yourself, using system variables Quizzing. But the final score will always be the partition of all slides. If you don't want a separate partition, you will need to create the quiz 'investigation' using slides custom instead of the default question slides.

• Captivate 9 buttons Quiz: I can't get flipping and animations to work down.

  My buttons on the quiz pages do not show reversal or down events. The buttons work, but the user has no indication (Visual or audible) who clicked the button. It's only on quiz slides.   Hi all

  I'm having a little trouble and am unable to find a solution anywhere on the web (so far).

  Let me explain the situation:

  I created a master apron for my business and put everything in plans, good color, and all in the master apron looks perfect.

  However when I add questions to multiple choice or true/false quiz slides to a new project the alignment of the response overlap and may not be suitable.

  After that, I noticed, I went back to the master slides and tried to change alignment here before trying to add slides to a new project.

  Once again the A / B answers where superimposed and I was unable to move either to another location.

  Try to recover the box response and displacement it causes all forms and all other objects on the slide to warp out of shape, while the answer superimposed boxes remain the same.

  Master slides that are do are: multiple CHOICE, T/F, FIB, sequence and multiple CHOICE, T/F, FIB, sequence2

  My version number is: 9.0.1.320

  I solved the problem I had with the alignment of the quiz answers.

  It was with the corner radius cut response fields "cemented" in a certain placement of page layout.

  By decreasing the RADIUS response has become incorporated into the form again after box placement which in the live slides I could handle once more the placement of the response boxes.

  So if the alignment of the fixed elements is off and cannot be moved over, check the corner radius to make sure that the object that is aligned incorrectly is embedded in the form once more allowing it to be manipulated to your favorite place!

  You say not what version you use, but mail is no longer available in Captivate for several versions.
