  Hi folk, it seems that some of you are successful for Captivate 3 download. On the other hand, I'm not. I am familure with the process, because I've downloaded in the past. Yesterday, all I get is two sets of green progress bar and then nothing. My first instinct would be a pop-up blocker, but I turned all those turned off.

  Believe it or not, I'm also of the problems. I know that Adobe is well aware of them and can tell you that they work for a resolution. First of all, I would certainly report it to them via the bug report form. You can do so by clicking here. They need to see the scope involved.

  As for the blip and he did of behavior, I know that my Firefox to use a specific folder for downloads. Ask yourself if you have checked the folder? Maybe the blip occurs because the file has already been downloaded?

  As this is a downloaded trial I have no disks!

• Captivate subscription - download & installation failed. Win7 x 64

  I bought the subscription for one of my users out of a trial.  Initially, kept download stop with 'error' Manager and a window empty. The alternative download seems to work, but then ran into errors during the installation.  Review of the .7z file indicates data corruption.  Is there an error with the source file?

  In order to test the features and get feedback from users in my company, I created learning content using a trial version of Captivate 9 with a trial version of the first Captivate. Now, I've paid the subscription at the same time. But, when I go into my first learning modules Captivate created using Captivate 9 I get an error saying "project has expired."

  Is there a way to upgrade these modules WITHOUT, their reconstruction in the licensed version of 9 Captivate and reissue?

  You just need to activate the Captivate > open the project in a licensed version of Captivate and download the modules again at a premium and it will start working again.

• Are there controls formatting of the text in Captivate 7 (Mac)?

  I am very new to Captivate, just downloaded a trial version and I'm trying to format the text.

  • So far, I found that I can control spacing, but not in paragraph spacing.

  I also have some problems with the formatting of bullet:

  • There is a limited choice of characters of the ball - I can't find a way to customize chips, for example by importing an image or using a symbol
  • I can't remove the Indent before the chip and the space between the bullet and the text is fixed
  • The chip is the same color as the text - I can't find a way to have the gray text and orange balls

  Work on a mac, these problems with fleas are important because I found if import Powerpoint slides, the indentation on the balls changes - it is in powerpoint, but false in Captivate, so I really need to find a way to form the reliable text if it is worth persevering with Captivate. Please can anyone suggest alternatives?

  No available spacing of paragraphs. The only way to do this is to add a hard return between paragraphs and then change the size of line spacing or fonts of it.

  You cannot set the spacing before bullets of Captivate is not possible to add your own balls.

  The color of the ball is based on the color of the first character immediately after him. You could have a space after the bullet and change the color of it to change the color of the ball.

  Another option is to not have your text to chips, make a copy of the text box and then manually add bullets to the copied text box. This way you can get rid of the extra space and what you want to change the color of the bullets. (It is not an ideal solution, but it would give you more flexibility if that is what you need.

  you have an adobe application Manager (or cloud creative adobe) icon on your desktop?  If so, click it to open it > select captivate > click Download/install

  I really need to Captivate 5.5. I tried a trial version to download. I found the Adobe test but when I click to download the trial version, it makes me download v.6. I already have 6 and it does not work for us. I need 5.5. Any ideas?

  2. sign in with your Adobe ID.

  3 copy and paste the following links on the both address bar and hit enter:
