  In Captivate 5.5 can I import slides PowerPoint without any problems, BUT in Captivate 8 analysis is TERRIBLE (even in high fidelity), leaving me with this result:

  You're right, I don't see a delete button either. But if you want to delete a mail, I guess that's what you mean, you can do either:

  • Press Delete on your keyboard,
  • Right click on the email you want to delete, select "Delete Message".

  If you really want to delete the button on your toolbar, you can customize your operate and drag the button remove a toolbar.

  I'm working on a responsive project in Captivate 8.

  In the slide properties panel, you can select Options, action and Style.  When you select Action, you find "Enter" and "exit".

  There are buttons on some of my slides.  Properties for buttons are properties, the timing and Position.  None of them Action.

  The Properties section contains the name of Style, Fill, Stroke, nature, and Shadow and reflection, but according to the manual, this section should also contain a section of the actions.  This isn't.

  Should not lie under calendar and is the station.

  I had the same problem. The block that contains Style Options of shares was completely empty. It happened to me when I started using CP8, so I did not know that these tabs were missing. The placeholder for the tabs was there but not the tabs. I closed and reopened CP8, and all was well again. Did not long so I can't speculate on how it happened.

  Hello Experts of day of the Expert,

  Just bought a refurb, open the HP Envy 15 3040NR box.  Went to save it and the phone rep said that I have to take out the battery to get the number.  I didn't remove the battery... it looks like there are a few screws to remove and I can't find instructions in the online manual for removing the battery.

  There is a sticker next to the battery with multiple numbers, it says "Series", there are a number of product, a lot of numbers.  I use another computer... so I could open it to get the numbers.  Where is the serial number, a specific number of characters?  It starts with a number or letter?

  I'm hoping since he is an expert of the day that I can get a quick answer and get to work.  Thanks in advance for your help.

  You're phone has a 'sealed battery' and this should not be removed.  An easier way to locate your serial no is the following.

  Shut down the laptop.  Tap away at the esc you key start Notepad to open the Start Menu.  Select the option in the Bios (usually f10) - on the first tab, you should see entries for your model No. Serial number. etc.

  Like you said windows 8 has been preinstalled on your computer. We would like to tell you that the product key will not need to be included as it uses the product by the manufacturer key which is encrypted in BIOS.

  How to find the product key?
  

  1. open the original OEM software package; the product key will be printed on a sticker located somewhere on the case. Some software have the sticker on the back; others will have it inside the case.

  2. review the case of your computer for an OEM product label; This is common for computers produced by major retailers operating under Windows.

  3. open the manual supplied with the software; OEM key are printed on the inside cover, or inside the back cover first. Sometimes the key will be printed on a loose sheet back in the manual.

  4. communicate with the computer retailer that provided the software; retailers often keep records of keys to product belonging to their customers, in the case where the keys are lost.
