• HP Envy5530 series - HP64C25A: HP scanning and Capture does not work

  Recently my HP Scan application capture & has stopped working. So far the application worked perfectly. I tend to use it rarely, so the first cause can occur some time in the past weeks. The printer is connected to my laptop via a wifi connection & it prints perfectly.

  As part of my diagnosis, I deleted the application & loaded the last version from the store Windows. Unfortunately the application continues to refuse to do. When I try to run the application using the functionality of Capture of Documents - I get this error message "General failure."

  I tried to run HP Print & Scan Doctor (V4.9) to solve the problem of scanning. I note that this request when I try to run it seems not to complete his routine & may appear to 'work' for more than 20 minutes (I dropped & closed by using the Task Manager).

  But if I try to download the PCAP file I get the download dialog box and a mistake 'OCAP ASA - IP could not be downloaded. I have the packages in my capture so that there should be a PCAP file.

  In order to download the .pcap file, you can use the CLI and Web browser.

  From CLI just copy the *.pcap file to a TFTP server

  ASA /pcap #copy capture: cap_name tftp://tftp_ip_add

  I am trying to capture my audio system and I can't get Cp8 to do exactly this. I am running the latest version of Cp8 on my MBP OS X 10.9.5. I opened a new video demo, with selected audio system, with or without a microphone. The microphone will very well, capture any audio system.

  What lens do you have and have you tried other lenses with your camera to see if they also not auto focus when you press the shutter button halfway?

  1. Press the MENU key.
  2. [#3 tools] tab.
  3. Select [clear settings].
  4. Select [delete all device settings].
  5. Click [OK].
  6. Select [clear all custom Func.].
  7. Click [OK].
  8. Exit the menu.
