Cause of corruption of the image

I have the weirdest problem with a .gif file. I am including the following links for diagnosis:

http://tawebworks.com/WDRC/other%20-%20Lite3%20Boxes/OtherBlueTopMiddle.gif
http://tawebworks.com/WDRC/other%20-%20Lite3%20Boxes/OtherRedTopMiddle.gif

If you enlarge the .gif, you will see that the first is solid. The second is scratched. I have a number of them and those select Show Top scratched - despite the fact that they all are created as solid. I checked my alpha, and it is set at 100% anyway... thinking maybe I received a question of transparency. What the xxxx?

Can someone help me diagnose this?

Problem solved. It turns out that it was a problem of resolution. I guess I accidentally changed one of them that I was moving through the process of cutting in slices. Increased 72 dpi, 300 dpi, the problem has been resolved.

Thank you all volunteers kind!

  • flatten layers in photoshop by causing a change in the image

    I'm having a problem with PS CC (most common) when I flatten (or create a stamp from lower layers). When I flatten a layer of 5 or more adjustments of the layers of the image changes and is not exactly the same as the last cumulative layer.

    No idea what is the cause and how to avoid it?

    If you zoom (100% or more), always seems to move?

    I noticed something similar when I have visible stamp on a great layered document, usually when you do a final pass or something. If I click on the new layer on and off it seems to barely less than a pixel. However, it seems that it is actually an optical illusion; If I see it at 100%, it happens. I tried to understand what it was and finally let down since I came to the conclusion that this does not really affect my final image.

    Hello

    If the screen starts to break up and becomes pixelated, which is normally a sign of corrupt graphics drivers or graphics hardware fault.

    Access the site on your computer or the manufacturer of the graphics card > drivers download Section > then key your computer or graphics card model number (depending on where you looked it upward) > find your operating system > find two graphics / video or from the Chipset drivers and download and install.

    _______________________________________________

    If the problem persists, it then seems to be the graphics hardware.

    Monitor > cable > Port > that is either connected to a graphics card in a slot on the motherboard or integrated graphics hardware that is part of the motherboard.

    Make sure that the cable is tight at both ends.

    If a desktop computer, or share your graphics card with a good.

    Or, if graphics card built-in, you will need to install a graphics card in a slot of the motherboard to see if this solves the problem.

    When a laptop; If under warranty, contact the manufacturer.

    If it is not under warranty, contact a repair shop, local.

    See you soon.

    When I load a page for the first time, everything's fine, however when I hit F5, page does not connect to one of the styles/scripts and images are not loaded at all. I tried to run FF in safe mode (7.0.1), which has not solved the problem.

    But any page of our system, including those with much simpler presentations gives the same exact error...

    Thanks for your help, makes us understand in this case after a lot of digging around... We use a 2.5 abyss to our web server. Appearantly, there is a bug with the length of the content on images (and any support files) do not set correctly (at all). When you load the page the first time all right, but when you refresh the images are read from the cached files, and FF 7.01 does not approve headers corrupt on the image files (behavior correct in FF, but stricter than in previous versions!). We have updated the Web server to version 2.7, which solved this problem... We found an old post that makes us in the right direction as well:

    Photoshop touch will make large images at a lower resolution to reduce the memory usage, this should be only cosmetic and any damage that seems to occur should not be visible on the images exported after mounting.

    I tried to write a script, the user can use. This return number file *.tiff associations back using the image viewer is caused each month.

    Hi, Unclemarcus2002,

    You would be wiser to post on the Forum TechNet where there is COMPUTER experts.

    http://social.technet.Microsoft.com/forums/en-us/newThread

    Maybe using the ASSOC and FTYPE command in a script will do what you want? I think that these orders would also apply the association throughout the world, rather than on a per-user basis.

    ASSOC: http:

    FTPYE: http:

    Here is an example, that you can try.

    Let's say you have a text file called "foo.bar" and you want the extension .bar always open with Notepad. There is an association for text files, so get him by typing "Ftype | more' at the command prompt (it will make a major announcement). Finally, you'll see the line "txtfile". On mine, it's "txtfile=%systemroot%\system32\notepad.exe %1" without the quotes.

    First create your association: assoc .bar = FooBarText

    Now to assign your request to your file type association: ftype FooBarText=%systemroot%\system32\notepad.exe %1

    You should now be able to double-click the foo.bar file and it will automatically open in Notepad.

    If you already have a Microsoft Office Document Imaging association, I think that it should be relatively simple type of substitution. Use ftype /? for a little more help.

  • STOP: c0000221 {Bad Image Checksum}. The image rpcrt.dll is possibly corrupt and recovery XP says error during the extraction process. Details of error: path not found___

    My friend turned on their laptop packard Bell recently and had the following problem. Windows XP screen loads but is then followed by a blue screen that says STOP: c0000221 {Bad Image Checksum}. The image rpcrt.dll is possibly corrupt. The header checksum does not match the checksum calculated.

    I can't the laptop to go further. I have accessed the Microsoft recovery Panel and try a non-destructive recovery as there are some precious photos that need backup. However, when you select 'no profile' to begin the recovery, I get the message:

    Error during the extraction process. Details of error: path not found

    I'm a bit of a novice when it comes to this sort of thing, but if someone can provide step by step help giving rise to lose photos, I'd be willing to give it a try. I also have XP Home Edition disk that came with the laptop but has never been opened. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

    You hear your message said something about rpcrt4.dll? It is important to relay the exact message you see.

    Please provide additional information on your system:

    What is your system brand and model?

    What is your Version of XP and the Service Pack?

    Describe your current antivirus and software anti malware situation: McAfee, Norton, Spybot, AVG, Avira!, Defender, ZoneAlarm, PC Tools, MSE, Comodo, etc..

    The question was preceded by a loss of power, aborted reboot or abnormal termination? (this includes the plug pulling, buttons power, remove the battery, etc.)

    The afflicted system has a CD/DVD drive work?

    You have a true bootable XP installation CD (it is not the same as any recovery CD provided with your system)?

    You use some CD to access this Panel of Microsoft recovery where this "no profile" option is? I don't know what all this means if it isn't some CD shipped with your system, in which case, I would use it for a coaster instead of something to fix your system.

    If the c:\windows\system32\rpcrt4.dll file is missing or afflicted, you do not start in the last good known Configuration.

    You also will not start in any kind of Mode safe no more.

    Even if you could boot mode safe, you would find that sfc/scannow does not work in Mode without failure in all cases (never). If you try it, you'll see a message like this:

    Windows file protection could not initiate a scan of protected system files.

    The specific error code is 0x000006ba [the RPC server is unavailable.].

    Failed to start the RPC mode server safe either.

    I can't recreate your error exactly, but it is easy to replace the rpcrt4.dll file. Looks like you have a working CD drive, so put yourself a Hiren boot CD and when you started on this, you can copy your precious files to a USB device for safety.

    There should be a backup copy of rpcrt4.dll already on your system, here or here:

    c:\Windows\System32\dllcache

    c:\windows\ServicePackFiles\i386

    You need to rename or replace the rpcrt4.dll file which is in c:\windows\system32 and replace it with one you will find the backup copies.

    There should be a backup copy of rpcrt4.dll already on your system, here or here:

    c:\Windows\System32\dllcache

    c:\windows\ServicePackFiles\i386

    When you get the Hiren's CD's, you can use to replace the missing or suspicious file. If you need help with that, first get the Hiren's boot CD made and start over, then we can continue.

    Do you have a Hiren BootCD you can download here:

    http://www.hirensbootcd.NET/

    On the left, click on download, scroll down, choose the latest version, the download link is a little hard to see. It is at the bottom of the page, above the drop for older versions and looks like this (click this component to download the ZIP file):

    Direct HTTP mirror + Torrent, Torrent Magnet

    Click the "Live HTTP Mirror" link to start the download and save the ZIP file on your desktop of somewhere that you can remember.

    The ZIP file is large, so the download will take probably some time to complete. Then unzip the download to extract the Hirens.BootCD.ISO file that will be used to create your new bootable CD.

    Create a bootable CD. ISO file is not the same as simply copying the. File ISO onto a blank CD. You must use software that includes how to burn a. ISO to a CD to create a bootable CD.

    File ZIP the Hiren is the file BurnToCD.cmd that you can double-click to launch it. The BurnToCD.cmd will use the file BurnCDCC.exe to burn the. ISO file onto a blank CD using your existing CD burner. You can also use your own burning software as long as your software is able to create a bootable CD. ISO file. More modern burning programs can create a bootable CD. ISO image. Create a CD from an ISO image bootable is not the same as just the file on a CD burning.

    If you need a simple and CD burning, this is a free software popular software:

    http://www.ImgBurn.com/

    Here are some instructions for ImgBurn:

    http://Forum.ImgBurn.com/index.php?showtopic=61

    It would be a good idea to test your new bootable CD on a computer running.

    You may need to adjust the computer BIOS settings to use the CD-ROM drive as the first device to boot instead of the hard drive.

    These adjustments are made before Windows tries to load. If you miss it, you will need to restart the system again.

    When starting on the Hiren's CD, you will see a menu of options. Choose Mini XP. It will appear while Windows is loading and you will be presented with a desktop computer that has the look and feel of the interface of Windows Explorer, you are already accustomed to using.

    Using the Mini XP, you can access Internet, maneuvering around your system, search for files, copy files, replace the files and run the scans for malware, edit the text files (like the c:\boot.ini) etc.

    There are dozens of free and useful tools included in the CD that can be used to repair your system or copy your important personal files on another device (like a USB device or an external drive) in the case where you just give up and decide to reinstall your XP (I hope that you will not make this decision)

    Do, or do not. There is no test.

  • 111267556 & 111267576 of the images seem to be corrupted

    I downloaded these pictures yesterday and trying to open them in the PS, was given the message "Could not complete your request because Photoshop was unable to analyze the PostScript." To reach out to a representative of Adobe's cat, he informed me that it was because a file WAS / EPS could only be opened in Illustrator. Anyone see a problem with this answer? And I had the cat discussion sent to me, screenshot below. Considering I downloaded and opened tons of files HAVE / EPS in PS, I would say that this is not the right answer. Can someone please?

    Hi Angela,.

    The two images seem to be corrupted. I gave you two credits that will show up in your counter images in the navigation bar of Stock, next time that you connect to Adobe Stock. I'll pass on the image ID to the content management team so they can reach to the contributor. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    Recently, I had a few difficult problems with Photoshop and trying to save files in TIFF format with all the preview in the folder looks more like a negative image seems to be missing information. At the same time, I can record it all this is a JPEG or a PSD file, it seems no problem! The previous and JPEG without problems! I wonder if my Photoshop (CC 2015) program may be corrupt? I've updated some sixteen days ago or so and since then I have had this problem. Suggestions of what the problem may be, suggestions of either try to go back or do a complete reinstall? All this is very frustrating for an old man, just trying to make good photos! Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi crusty

    Greetings!

    Recommend to reset preferences to default Photoshop

    Press and hold the keys Alt + Ctrl + Shift (Windows) or Option + command + shift (Mac OS) you launch Photoshop. You are prompted to delete the current settings. New preferences files are created the next time you start Photoshop.

    Or see How to remove/reset the Photoshop preferences

    I think that this smaller version shows the consisently (attached JPG) question:

    xmlns:MX = "library://ns.adobe.com/flex/mx" >

    IMG. Height = borderContainer.height;
    IMG. Width = borderContainer.width;
    }
    ]]>

    horizontalCenter = red '0' = '0' / >

    Looks like the interaction of Red/horizontalCenter with the add/remove scroll bars causes a loop. Can you please fill a bug report and post the link here? (Or let me know if you prefer that I have put it).

    The workarounds are:

    1. in the fitToWindow() method to subtract enough pixels to consider both sides of the border, for example:

    public function fitToWindow (): void {}
    IMG. Height = borderContainer.height - 2;
    IMG. Width = borderContainer.width - 2;
    }

    2. always keep the scroll bars displayed, for example:

    3. instead of use BorderContainer use SkinnableContainer/group and draw the border outside the container, for example:

    horizontalCenter = red '0' = '0' / >

    Let me know if these solutions of workaround for the case also reduces work for your application.

  • How can I configure that clicking on a link to a jpg with MIME Type JPEG Image simply causes the image displayed in FF?

    When I click on the link for http://www.vienna.at/resource.aspx/ResourceID/news-20080805-01032166-image (found in the http://forum.openstreetmap.org/viewtopic.php?id=1777), I get the dialog box "That FF should do with this file," where I can choose to open a new FF or save the file, but are unable to make the image displayed just like the other links to other images.
    I don't know where is the difference to regular image links.

    Look to open them in the browser: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/8207

  • Last image in LR cropping causes the flicker of the image

    reqlly do not know how to deny this, but I need modify a group of pictures today and was the first time since the last update. When cropping an image, the image flashes and seems pretty rough during the operation. Never used to do this, so I don't know what it's the devil.

    Now, I must confess I also updated OS X last week who could be a part also. Any ideas?

    Try to uncheck the option preferences > performance > CPU graph use.

  • Help - Clone causes the image to move

    PES 9

    When I move the clone on the image stamp he moves the entire picture and shows an image duplicated under. It is a new problem as I have used this tool often.

    Thanks in advance for your help.

    You probably have the Clone Source Overlay.

    Most of the people put to Eclipse so you can always see a preview of source of duplication, or you can turn it off.

    There is a button on the toolbar options for the clone source options:
