  I get the following error during the installation of applications built with PhoneGap Build.

  "The package seems to be corrupted.

  Nexus 5 X with Android Nougat 7.0

  CLI - 6.3.0 has never worked for me, but so far 6.2.0 and 6.1.0 is also produce this error. The same code base worked OK on Friday with cli.6.2.0.

  It's true. I used ADB/MP so that I could keep the data in the app on my device, but I think that if I had used normal Android on the device UI to uninstall completely, which would have also worked.

  My guess on what happened:

  (1) Phonegap Build behavior has changed, which allows to establish a kind of auto-increment version Android information in the final .apk and is no longer made. If the projects that do not explicitly set complete version information in their source code / configuration started building packages with versions that were the same as (or at least not one more large/more recent) than before.

  (2) 7.0 android displays the error messages that are inaccurate and misleading. The .apk is fine, really it is rejected due to the on-board version info.

• Captivate 9 - characters on the Asset Store does not open. Images seem to be corrupted.

  The characters downloaded from the asset store are corrupt, they will not open. Has anyone encountered this problem? If so how is it resolved?

  I ran into this when I tried to open images in the image viewer / editors, but I could still place and use the image in Captivate through the menu of characters.

  They may have the DRM or other coding anomalies that are not processed by applications, including PhotoShop image editing!

• Windows Photo Viewer cannot open this file because the file seems to be corrupted, damaged or too big.

  I am on Windows 7 and using Photo Viewer to watch 5 tiff files. I can open all tiff files in photoshop or psp, but not in photoviewer. Here, I can open only 2 smaller files. Is there a limit of size on the photo viewer (it seems). The files that I can not open are 1.45

  a. like you said that the size of file that 1.45, could you give the exact size in MB, GB or KB?
  b. Since the photoviewer is used to display basic tiff files, if the file contains additional metadata information that can not be played on photoviewer it could give you the error message.
  1 copy these pictures on another computer in Windows 7 and check if the files open.
  2. you can also try to change the file format and check if it converts in this format and it opens correctly.

• Image seems to be corrupted

  Recently, my photos have started to get the warning "Image appears" damaged and then these digital artifacts rasterized areas will appear on photos, as seen in the image below. Sometimes a picture will have several areas and more I use the file, more they multiply.

  

  It happened for about a week now to almost every file to import. Corrupt images are of two different cameras with two different memory cards. Does anyone have an idea what might happen. Is Lightroom, LR connecting to my server (Synology NAS), my player card or something else? I don't really know where to look to diagnose this. I'm getting scared to import my photos at all. I do a lot of large prints for customers and can't afford to have that happen.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

  I think I solved the problem! I continued to get more and more of my images corrupted and eventually decided that the issue was of Lightroom. I uninstalled LR, rebooted and reinstalled. Now my damaged images are appearing in good condition and no others were damaged when importing!

• By clicking on the images seems to force trying to open them in the window instead of what they are coded to do.

  At least, I think that this is the case.

  I'm having a problem where if I click on an image which, say, opens on the site Web and widens, it will rather force it to open only in a new tab. He in turn usually always kills the history of the page where you were just in too, so if you click on 'back' (in my case, in general, the same back button does not work, its greyed out so I have to re - search history manually.) it will send you back to the page where you first started.

  And also one more question if it's normal, for a reason for Windows 7 'open with' the function absolutely refuse to read Firefox. If I'm going to go to try to open something with FF, click on the .exe and select, it will not even appear in the box of your choice.
  It however allows me to drag and drop them in the browser, and I was able to do it with a Pale Moon plant.

  I tried without the add-on, and the problem persists. I think it might be a problem of profiles as Pale Moon had no problem until I installed mine. If there is something that anyone might know which will be not involved to redo my complete profile... once again, I'm all ears.

  Sorry, I did further tests when I had the time. It turns out that Download Statusbar (S3) is the issue.

• The files seem to be corrupt I upload pictures on Lightroom 3 - an idea why?

  I contacted support this morning and was disappointed to learn that they don't have any support available for Lightroom 3 questions. They suggested I ask here in the forums instead.

  Here's the problem I have with Lightroom 3:

  Whenever I have download files on the system, some of the files appear to be damaged. Some of them become white with colored lines, run across them - almost like a sweep that went wrong. When images fill first in Lightroom, they seem to be good, but as miniature previews process entirely, suddenly, a handful of them appear to be damaged. No matter what I do, the thumbnail version and the large photo appears corrupt (white blocks with colored through her lines). The only thing that saves these images takes the RAW file to another program (I use Photo Mechanic) and their conversion to a TIFF file and reloading of Lightroom 3. Then they treat by correctly. I have no idea why these random files suddenly turning / appear as corrupted files. I don't think it's a matter of card because it comes up with several cards. It is also strange that convert it a RAW in a TIFF file that is good.

  Any thoughts of why this is happening? I thought that Adobe would be available to help, but they are apparently not. (So frustrating, BTW!)

  Please help - I am at my wit's end this and don't know how to correct the problem.

  This is a malfunction of the equipment.

  It can be any piece of hardware in the chain of transfer between the two (and including) the card camera hard disk. It could also be a memory problem.

  You must check every piece of material by repeating the process with another piece of hardware and even try on another computer if possible.

• Dimensions of the image change when I import it to my composition?

  I am fairly new to After Effects if this is probably an easy fix that I'm just not aware.  For some reason any when I create an image of 1920 x 1080 in Photoshop, then the tool in After Effects, the image seems to be scaled down as if it is greater than the size of the publication, despite my Photoshop image and my publication in 1920 x 1080 size.  Y at - it an explanation for that?

  Tested by opening this vector image in Photoshop and Yes! This goes out to the different linguistic content.

• 5.2 LR makes the images to choose the dominant dark, green-yellow color

  The new installation of LR 5.2 renders all - RAW and JPG - images throughout the program with a very dark, green-yellow, the dominant colour. The only place where the images appear normal is in the import dialog box, while the miniature mode. In addition, each module of the program has this annoying reproduction. Here are a few screenshots support (red rectangles are mine):

  Curiously, if I export the photo in JPEG format - without modification - the image seems normal again:

  It is probably an incompatible monitor profile that LR uses to display images and colors to ruin.  My monitor provided by the manufacturer profile causes a yellow color to all the images in LR a cast.

  It is best if you use a hard-ware color Stallion as ColorMunki or i1Display or a Spyder to calibrate and profile your monitor yourself, but as an experiment to see if this is your problem, change your display to sRGB profile if it is a normal gamut monitor or Adobe RGB if it is a wide range of monitor.  If the color cast disappears with one of these profiles of standard monitor so that was the problem and order yourself a hardware standard.

  I have a xml slideshow which works very well. The problem I have is all the images load in x = 0 and y = 0. I would like to have the images load at a coordinate x coodinate and y specific on the stage. I was look at other examples of code to see how to adapt it in mine, but I keep breaking. IF it is not too much problem could someone help me with the code, or point me to an example that would help place it in the right place?

  You seem to be loading images into a container named pictureHolder.  Why won't that get to where you want the images seem to be the solution?

• My photos using my SX500IS seem to be fuzzy on most of the images.

  I use 'AUTO' when taking pictures.  Most seem to be blurred.  I'm doing something wrong.

  I was always a fan of Canon. Hopefully I can fix, as I am disappointed with the results.

  Thanks for the replies and advice.  I was aware of the "pre focus" before taking view, but as others have noted, practice makes perfect.  I will continue to try to impove. My wife bought me this camera as a gift and was impressed by the quality of the image prior to purchase; now, I will try to get the same results.

• Images seem to lose the contrast after I sharpen

  I just bought a download of Lightroom 6 Mac from Amazon. Everything seems to work fine except one thing: whenever I do a sharpening change (ie the amount or retail), my version of the "library" of the picture changes. It seems that the image loses contrast or something, and this loss of contrast increases exponentially as I do more sharpening changes (move the cursor over to the right). If I have any other changes (that is to say, temperature, saturation, contrast), then the image of the 'library' looks the same as the version of 'developing' It's only when I change sharpening see these weird changes to my version of the library. I (OS 10.8.5) Mountain Lion, so 6 Lightroom is compatible. So I just bought yesterday have not made any changes to the predefined settings or anything. Any ideas as to what is happening? Thank you!

  Please also note that the noise reduction and sharpening should be applied (evaluated) to 1:1.

  Any other point of view will be inaccurate and misleading because of resizing the image.
