CC 1 year membership not recognized on desktop - trial versions!

I paid a subscription of 1 year of CC.

I am currently using iMac 3.5 Ghz Intel with 8 GB of RAM using OSX 10.9.5

Basically, I can access only trial version of the CC apps and get prompt for activation etc codes.

It is particularly frustrating that I need to use PS right now!

Any help is appreciated!

Update OK... Cat customer Shema has been very helpful and fixed the proplem.

1. open hosts file in / etc

2. replace the content with the following...

# Host database # localhost is used to configure the loopback interface # when the system boots.  Do not change this localhost255.255.255.255 # 127.0.0.1 entry broadcasthost::1.

3. Save and exit

4. disconnect and reconnect in CC

5 here!

See you soon
