CC Adobe download error

So I downloaded Adobe Creative Cloud and this error message came. I use 10 Windows on an Acer laptop. I tried clicking 'Download Creative Cloud' but I already downloaded it. I tried to uninstall and reinstall creative cloud and the removal of the AAMUpdater, as suggested on the forums. I looked on YouTube and literally everything upward. If someone could help me with this that would be great

Recurring problem of 'installation': Adobe CC corrupt or download error
First things first:
I bought end of February the Adobe Creative Cloud of the student. I have a recurring problem which requires me to re - download and install the creative application of cloud and all related programs almost every 24 hours. (Files get corrupt as soon as I close the creative application of Cloud).I deleted all the previous versions of creative Cloud and CS6 applications. My laptop has specifications quite decent to run these programs (Vaio Efit15, specifications on request) and all my account info is correct (this has been validated by adobe support).
At first, I had problems that are found in several places on this forum:
- Symbol of endless loading when you try to start the application after installation.
- App starts normally, but I only have access to trial even if connected with CC-subscription versions valid.
First, I followed the normal procedure, suggested by the support which includes the winding and little cleaning of files like this:

This has really helped a lot in my case, online support chat gave me a Creative Cloud cleaning tool that allows you to simply clear the host files.
But this works to avoid the loading icon or the trial version-bug at the launch of the creative cloud App, it does not solve the fact that the app is always corrupted as soon as I close and try to restart.
Once I got close the application and try again, it does not load and remains active in the background does not at all, or I get another error:For those who speak English, the window says "download error", even if the download went very well.
Even if I just crossed the penalty to reinstall all the applications I need and that you use.
Every time this happens, the only possible 'solution' is to erase delete all and install it fresh. Of course this isn't a solution at all because I need these programs so frequently. Let us know if you have checked your Hosts file, if not the please please reset your Host file. See, Advanced solutions to errors in connection with Adobe Creative Cloud and Creative Suite applications
These questions are related to a blocking network, Veuileez let us know if you have tried to turn off the program of network security and checked, otherwise please follow the steps below:
- Please check if you have installed browser security extensions, please disable them. (For example: AD BLOCK, Advisor to Mcafee website, toolbar of internet security etc.)
- Disable the firewall on your machine.
- Turn off the firewall of the security program installed on the computer Internet. (Norton 360 - disable the following in it: Surf safely, firewall, browser protection, download intelligence)
These changes are temporary you can restore these changes back to normal once your creative cloud application is in place and functioning *.
You can also try to do a manual cleaning of the creative cloud desktop application and then reinstall it:
(1) uninstall Creative Cloud Desktop Manager:

(2) delete following folders: (if you do not see any folder skip this step)
C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\OOBE
C:\Program Files (x 86) \Common Files\Adobe\Adobe Application Manager

C:\Users\
\AppData\Local\Adobe\ MAA UPDATER and two OOBE (App data & Program Data is folder hidden please see, Show files and folders hidden in Windows 7, 8.x, 10, or Vista) \Adobe\ DONNÉES C:\Program rename SL-STORE like SL-STORE_OLD
3 - Click on the link below and download Creative Cloud Installer file and use them to install the creative Cloud Desktop application.

Hi all
Before writing this, I took the time to research online, but no luck.
I decided to buy the photographers CC package. downloaded the installer and moved forward with the installation, allowing to connect my Adobe ID and got the error:
"Download error! Impossible to reach on the adobe servers. Check your internet connection, firewall settings, and then try again. »
I don't use any antivirus or firewall, and there is no redirection port to my internet connection.
The software has been installed in a Mac Pro 2012, running the Mavericks 10.9.5. I completely uninstalled Installer used a CC cleaner App. Also went under the ~/Library/Application Support and ~/Library/Preferences moved these .plists for another clean installation but without success.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the link, but it was driving me nuts and takes me too long to understand. So, I saved all my work and formatted my hard drive with a new installation of Mac OS x.
That solved the problem.

Please, try the following steps:
Uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud Control Panel application.
Step 1:
Open the c: drive and navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86)------\Adobe "common files".
Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.
Step 2:
Navigate to C:\Program Files (x 86) \Adobe.
Open the Adobe folder and if necessary remove Adobe Creative Cloud folder. [* important]
Step 3:
Press Windows button (located between Ctrl and Alt buttons) with the key R together at once, you will get a command window.
Type below command and press the enter"" key.
AppData
Then go to the Local > Adobe.
Open the Adobe folder and delete folders named AAMUpdater and OOBE.
Step 4:
Click on the link of shot and download Adobe Application manager and install the same:

Once the installation is complete, double-click the launch of Adobe Application Manager on the desktop icon.
It will start the update process and is updated for creative cloud application.

When I have the creative menu Cloud pulled up, I click on APPS and keep continually make me a "download error. Please retry to try again, or contact customer service. so my adobe applications are synchronized with my Creator who cloud now on my desk, right? and so far I've only tried the trial for adobe illustrator. Right now I want to uninstall it. so I do it via Control Panel > programs and features and creative cloud window appears and displays a blank slate. saying download error? my last activity with creative cloud has been updated illustrator. now, my options is either "Download creative cloud" which I don't really understand because he's just there or to get help, and I'm here. I'm just getting started with adobe creative cloud. I hace low loaded Media Encoder CC 2015 as well as first Pro CC 2015, but when every time I select apps in the app it says "download error please aontact costomer support". I tried to reinstall the creative cloud by using the link provided and I also tried manually. I have Windows 7 with a 64 bit system.

When I tried to install creative cloud, I got an error 207, so I used the Offline Installer instead. Now when I try to download an app, I just get a 'impossible to arrive on the Adobe servers' error.
I am running Windows 8.1. I can provide download logs if needed. Is it possible that I can solve this problem?

I get an error when you run adobe downloader
I'm not able to run adobe downloader (in order to install a trial version of Photoshop elements 13). I am running windows 7, having administrative privileges, have tried on Firefox and Internet Explorer. The message: sorry an error has occurred. This application cannot be installed because this installer has been misconfigured. Please contact the application author. I downloaded Setup several times, where there was a small problem. Does anyone else have this problem?
