  It is not a.  You put the CD in the drive, you start with the CD.  Installing ESX will recognize a previous installation of ESX, you choose 'upgrade '.  That's about all.

  Its always a needs to display the operating system and your version of the database when you post a question given that things are very different from one version to the other and o/s to o/s. My guess is that you are on a certain operating system to nix a sort of . If so, what you see is completely normal. If not, the upgraded project and I have generated FlashHelp and WebHelp output successfully.

The biggest problem with the AP div tags is the text problem you mentioned. I would like text in a few different browsers to make sure it looks ok to you.
