  Use Windows Explorer to open the folder containing your catalog. You will see a folder with the extension .lrdata. You must remove this folder, and then restart the Lightroom. Lightroom will generate a new folder of previews.

  Sony A7R II files are not supported in Lightroom 5.

  You need at least version 6.1.1 or CC2015.1.1 to access these files: supported by Adobe Camera Raw devices

  You can upgrade your program of Lightroom or Adobe DNG Converter allows you to convert raw files to DNG and import them into Lightroom.

  Start button > in the search box, type Folders options > view tab > ONE- always check "show icons, never thumbnails" > OK for the benefits of others looking for answers, please mark as answer suggestion if it solves your problem.

  Hi, I'm using MacBook (late 2008) OS X 10.9.2 and recently upgraded to Lightroom Lightroom 4 5.3. After a while, a few photo began to show exclamation point in the right corner of the picture (*.) SIN in CR2 raw files) to the grid. When I click on the exclamation mark, it displays a dialog box with the following message; "Lightroom has met problems reading of this photo. Then, I moved previews.lrdata, which is about 9 GB, in the Recycle Bin and rebooted the 5 Lightroom, waiting 5 Lightroom to create a new previews.lrdata. However, it will not create a preview at all. Anyone else having the same kind of problem?

  One of our customers sent us a file they would like printed.  The file is 1 MB in size and format PDF - nothing unusual about any of this.  As usual, I saved the file and tried to open it in Illustrator to put up a test for our client, and check and make sure the file is print-ready.  I received the error message: "cannot complete preview.  There is not enough memory. ID = - 108".  I press OK and it opens an empty file with some benchmarks of this crop.

  I tried to find a solution online, but all who have this problem seems to have virtually no RAM.  I am currently running on a computer brand new with Windows 7, 16 GB of RAM and Intel Core i7 processor.  I didn't think my RAM or cache have been the problem, but just to be safe, I turned off the computer, let it rest for a few minutes and it starts again.  The same problem.

  I am able to open the file in Photoshop and Acrobat - but even when I save the file in a lower resolution and turn it into a jpeg file, it will not always be open.  I get the same error.

  I need to be able to work with this file.  How can I solve this?

  SpeedGrade recommends at least 1920 x 1080 screen resolution. It seems that you are using a smaller screen. You can use the P key to temporarily hide the lower panels. But I recommend that you attaching a second monitor and using the dual display function.

  Have you tried to open it in photoshop and save as TIFF or PSD? And again replace Moose eps with new image TIFF or PSD... even save as EPS could do the job...

  Try this method and check if that helps.

  1. Open manage wireless networks by clicking the Start button, click Control Panel, click network and Internet, click network and sharing Center, and then, in the left pane, click manage wireless networks.
  2. Right-click the network profile you want to change, and then click Properties.
  3. Click the connection tab, clear the connect to a more preferred network if available check box, and then click OK.

  Go to the Toolbox for your printer and click on the Advanced tab. You should see the option display the alerts of ink. If it is not already set, change it to "when I print. If it's on the "right away" the computer will try to query the printer for ink status and can continue to try. Maybe it's the problem that you are experiencing.

  If this does not work I suggest try to uninstall the printer and reinstall with the latest full feature driver.
