CD burner is burning the music as a file of data instead of music? I think so???

I tried to burn a CD of music with WMP.  When I insert the disk it says MB remaining, instead of remaining time.  The files to burn to the CD, but appear as data instead of music files.  The burner Burns DVD fine and has no problems burning data on a CD, the music seems to be the only problem.  The problem does not seem to start until I started burning DVD recently.  Any suggestions?  I get no error messages or anything like that.  Just don't burn the files like music?

What is the extension on the files that are on the CD?

ADC?  WMA?  MP3?

  • Recovery of the space in a file of data/tablespace in 10g

    We have a tablespace of 30 GB, made up of 15 data files of 2 GB each. However, there are only 5 GB of data in the tables within this space of tables.

    This occurred because the database kept growing (so the new data files have been added) until it was discovered that a single journal table occupied almost all the space. When this table was truncated, he left more space free, but "fragmented" across all 15 files given.

    I'm trying to reclaim the space in the data files to be able to go back to the OS (there is no reason to keep more than 7-8GB to this tablespace).

    From what I've read, the "alter table xxx move" command must relocate the tables to new segments to the 'before' of storage space, and then we should be able to delete the empty data in the end.

    However, when I run this command on a test table, nothing appears to change everything.

    I am running:

    ALTER table AAFDTCRC move;
    ALTER index RM. Regeneration of the PKAAFDTCRC;
    exec dbms_stats.gather_table_stats (ownname = > 'RM', tabname = > 'AAFDTCRC', estimate_percent = > null, method_opt = > 'for all THE COLUMNS of SIZE AUTO', degree = > 6);

    However, when I ask the dba_extents table, is to show the table always distributed in different data files. I use the "alter table" command incorrectly, or is the table dba_extents not up to date with new information?

    Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

    Measure sizes might be a problem. Looks like that the previous data files use a size smaller than those created after measure. And I have naven can't able to find much information about what "alter table... move" when a tablespace has more than one data file. Maybe it does work in this situation?

    You will not be able to reduce the number of files in a tablespace; so if that's your goal, you will need to create a new tablespace and move objects inside. In addition, you will not be able to avoid a performance impact, unless you use the dbms_redefinition package to move tables because the MOVE command makes the unavailable table and requires you to rebuild indexes.

    There is a note that I wrote some time back - with a pointer to a helpfuil script - which gives you a few ideas of how Oracle behaves with management space with multiple files when you move objects: http://jonathanlewis.wordpress.com/2010/02/06/shrink-tablespace/

    If you want to keep the same tablespace you can try something roughly like this:

    Run my script to report on the current use of space
    Reduce as much as possible all the files
    Move objects more big are reaching the end of the files
    Repeat as necessary to step 1

  • The additional write custom file VI data feed

    I'm working on a program that will record data thermocouple (NI9213) as well as some power data from some DMM. For the moment, I have thermocouple data, being introduced in VI 'Write in a file as' and I write current and power in a separate using scripture to VI file file worksheet.

    What I'm looking for is a way to combine these two in a log file. Is it possible to add these additional variables in the data from the signal arriving at the writing on a measure VI file? If this isn't the case, ideas on how to merge the data into the file only newspaper would be greatly appreciated!

  • Do not burn the files to blank CD

    Before the update, I was able to burn music to CD Virgin, now I can't and that is to say that there is an error because of the codecs. I followed all the steps, that he be able to see that we have a certain codec or whatever the file. How do I know which is which? I've already lost two blank CD to try to understand cela stuff. How can burn the music I want without losing any more blank CD?

    Hi Samantha - I'm on W7, and I know that things are a little different on W8 but did you run the troubleshooter for WMP - you should find it in Control Panel. So I think you should also run this;

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/929833/en-us - sfc tool - follow the instructions here.

    If this does not solve the problem but otherwise indicate everything of fine, then it would be interesting system try restore but to account for these first - thank you R.

    (and if you can get your hands on a small package of CD - rw s they are perfect for test burns - you can keep re - with them and only burn on a CD - r when you are sure that all is well.)

  • Acceleration of the music and then burn

    I sped up my music in Windows media player, but when I burned the CD there not burn at the speed I taped it (it is returned to its original speed). How can I record music that has been accelerated?

    http://Audacity.sourceforge.NET/

    You can speed up your music with the above program.

    You open your music speed upward and then export to the type of file you want, and then save them.

    It is a comprehensive and free , better on the web program.

    It converts the files and is a full editor and much much more.

    There is an mp3 plugin and a ffmpeg plugin, both of which are downloadable from the program.

    Plugins give you more import and export options.

    You can even make .oog music files if you install open codecs (.ogg) found here: http://xiph.org/dshow/

    It's a very safe and reliable program.

  • Can't burn a cd. The music is not recognized.

    I can't burn an audio cd. The Player recognizes my blank cd, and it says I have 79:57 minutes to burn. But when I add music to the burn list, I always 79:57 free minutes. The music is in the burn list, but I can't start a burn because the music is not recognized. Can someone respond to this please?

    I don't know what I did, but as soon as I played the music button "Start burn" is now available. I didn't understand why the music was not recognized in the burn list because yesterday I did the same thing and I had no problem, but knowing that everything is the same. The music was compatible and the burner has not been damaged, so I guess it was just a temporary system problem. Thanks for answer and sorry for wasting your time :)

  • Windows DVD Maker Burns not part any video of the film, I have a black screen in the middle of the music and titles...

    I made a movie in Windows Movie Maker using film 8 mm which was transferred to the files. The film came out great but when I go to 'release', or burn to dvd, it says Windows Movie Maker will save file and open it in creation of DVD to burn/publish.  About halfway through the movie, there is no 8 mm video, you can see all the titles, and hear the music that I edited in but no video.  I cut the video in half thinking there was too much data, I burned my movie with no other programs running, I changed all the transitions and titles in thinking that you might have a glitch.  I have burned about 10 films try something different each time without success. Help!

    Hi girl Jeffs.

    I suggest you try the following steps:

    Step 1: This question could be associated with video filters in windows movie maker:

    Create a movie with reporters off and then try to publish

    To turn off the filters, follow these steps:

    In windows movie maker

    1. click on Toolsand then click Options.

    2. click on the compatibility tab.

    3. to turn off a filter, clear the check box next to the name of the video filter.

    See the link below for more information on the audio filters video\

    No need to copy and paste.  Simply add the folder that contains the music files to the library in this same dialog box.

  • I'm trying to burn a music video on a DVD, but I can't seem to burn my DVD drive is drive D: not the E: drive. What should I do?

    I run Windows XP Professional with Service Pack 3

    XP cannot natively just burn it to a dvd, use third-party software such as nero or roxio.  From there, you can choose which drive to use.
    Also, if you want to watch on a dvd player, you have to burn as a dvd-video disc, a pc can read both this type of disc or a dvd data disc, where you just burn the file as it is on the disk.

  • Problems burning purchased music on a CD - R

    Some of the songs in my playlists (bought music) will not realize any recording on the CD.  Once I inserted the CD and click "Burn", a warning message appears saying some songs belong to the Apple's music and cannot be saved.  Meanwhile, other songs will be recorded so the CD playlist is incomplete.  I could rule out now several CD and am frustrated with music Apple enough to cancel my subscription...

    Hello

    You can't burn Apple music on a CD because of the DRM.

    Furthermore, you do not have music tracks purchased Apple - your subscription allows you to play, download or stream as long you have an active subscription to Apple's music.
