Problems burning purchased music on a CD - R

Some of the songs in my playlists (bought music) will not realize any recording on the CD.  Once I inserted the CD and click "Burn", a warning message appears saying some songs belong to the Apple's music and cannot be saved.  Meanwhile, other songs will be recorded so the CD playlist is incomplete.  I could rule out now several CD and am frustrated with music Apple enough to cancel my subscription...

Hello

You can't burn Apple music on a CD because of the DRM.

Furthermore, you do not have music tracks purchased Apple - your subscription allows you to play, download or stream as long you have an active subscription to Apple's music.

I recently bought a new computer. I didn't have to transfer my itunes library or return it high and ended up to the top of the deletion of my library on my ipod. I was able to recover the purchased music, but is it possible to recover the music burned to a CD?

Your i-device was not designed for unique storage of your media. It is not that a transfer backup device and media has been planned with you keep a master copy of your media on a computer that is in itself independently supported against loss.  To use a device with a different configuration, you pass the old library from a computer or a backup directly in the new configuration, not the device to the library. Synchronization of media isn't a way, computer to the device, update the contents of the device to the content on the computer, update or restore the content on a computer. The exception is iTunes Store purchases that can be transferred to a computer.

Redownload or transfer your iTunes Store purchases an iPhone, iPad or iPod to computer - https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201267 - 'this feature only works for content purchased from the iTunes Store. From iOS9 is more apps that now need to be re-downloaded directly from the store.

To transfer other items from an i-device to a computer, you will need to use third-party commercial software.  See this document in turingtest2: recover your iTunes library from your iPod or device iOS - https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-3991 even this method can fully recover what you originally had in the library. For example, in order to save space during synchronization if you had converted music files at a lower rate, or photos at a lower resolution, it is these lower quality files that will pick you up.

If you subscribe to the Apple music, titles that are not part of the content that you have purchased or downloaded may not be transferred and must be downloaded directly from iCloud.

  • The purchased music disappeared from the music but is still purchased

I recently bought 25 Adele album. I bought, watched it downloads, and maybe the next day listened to the album in full with no problem. However, he disappeared and I can't get it back. He is no longer in my music, but iTunes still says it was bought I crossed my "purchased music" and tried to download it again, when I hit all the download or the cloud automatically, he said it is downloaded immediately. But when I go to music, he's not here at all. It is not in my played recently, recently added, he is not under Adele in artists. I don't know where he is but id like it back.

You can't burn Apple music on a CD - R because of the DRM. Unlike the securities purchased, you are only renting the music while you have an active subscription to Apple's music.

  • CD burner is burning the music as a file of data instead of music? I think so???

I tried to burn a CD of music with WMP.  When I insert the disk it says MB remaining, instead of remaining time.  The files to burn to the CD, but appear as data instead of music files.  The burner Burns DVD fine and has no problems burning data on a CD, the music seems to be the only problem.  The problem does not seem to start until I started burning DVD recently.  Any suggestions?  I get no error messages or anything like that.  Just don't burn the files like music?

Same thing happened to me. I tried to replace iTunesLibrary.itl with an older copy, but that has not worked. Then I tried to return a version by resetting the Time Machine's iTunes app, but it would allow me to edit or delete iTunes because it is part of Mac OS X.

So, I can not sync my iPad or iPhone, update all apps or find my music, that is, the course of the odf, still on my hard drive. ITunes just can't see the library.

I tried everything because I bought this laptop. By using Nero or the Ulead that came with the pc, I tried to turn off almost everyone hundreds of Toshiba in services and automatic execution process, as well as the help of Ulead Burning, but no matter what I do, the player is ranked allways 4 x read/write and each dvd fails to burn. There is no help to find anywhere, and the place, sure I bought the laptop is the last place on earth I'd take to get help. Contact Toshiba at the Portugal? Does anyone have a solution for this?

I always have to do the most frustrating things with my juggling their back and forth between computers files so I can burn!

    Hello Luis

It's really hard to tell what the problem is here. I have Satellite P200D and it's almost the same laptop as yours. I had no problem burning CD, DVD data and also the film to DVD using Nero 8. I prefer Nero burning software and I did several tests with the trial version. It works perfectly.

I also burned data DVDs using option of Vista and there is no problem at all. I have a TS-L632D. Maybe you should contact the service provider in your country. They check the disc.

Can the drive read all types of media?

  • Problems burning discs with toast

I have problems burning discs using toast. I had with my old Toast 10, and the problem persists despite an update of Toast Titanium 14, so I assume that the problem is with my mac and not the toast. This happens with all types of disks, but is less common with data records that are not too big. I receive pop-up messages such as: -.

    Sense Key = MEDIUM ERROR

    Sense Code = 0x0C

    WRITE ERROR

I have defraged my drive and controls with TechTool Pro, but it does not help.

    Any ideas?

    Thank you

    Rob

This error is a response is received from the reader, by Toast.   This means that the drive has reported a class specific (key) and error type (code).  In this case, involving a class of errors appearing with the recording medium and the specific error returned is a clerical error.   This means that the write failed.   Why writing has failed is not returned, neither the player nor the Toast in particular knows that.

Apply current patches for your version of Toast, if you are not already underway.  This may correct the incompatibilities with some kind of recording media and some readers work.  There is much more variability here with the media and readers than most people imagine.   Try another drive for registration.   Try different media - an any other brand, preference.    Try a cleaning optical media disc.   Dusty heads can cause this type of error.  Definitely try record to the low speed allowing the unit and the way, too.

So - if the above fails, please report the problem and specific recording media used (it can be data saving these settings on optical, data supports that aimed to help the reader to adapt to specific media) and the optical drive model, for the folks at Roxio.

Defragmenting disks and technology tools and the rest probably aren't relevant here, unfortunately.  (I don't remember offhand if a failure to get pretty quickly the data on the disk - defragmentation is intended to address - indicates an error in writing or not, but I wouldn't bet on that there is correspondence sane with any of the optical device errors.)  Optical drives are basic devices and semi unreliable in general, no two revisions of the firmware on the optical drives are never the same and sometimes not even two disks with the same firmware revision, optical drives getting harder and more fragmentary with age, and optical media itself can be wonderfully flaky.   That to have written more than a small optical recording software.)

  • Compaq Presario SR1901WM: Problems burning

Hi, everyine, I'm having a problem with my Presario SR1901WM. I'm running Windows XP, SP3, all installed updates. The problem is, when I try to burn a CD, it stops after about 45 seconds, a tray open the CD and I get an error message, there was problem burn your CD, you can try again with another CD, or cancel. I tried with 2 different programs of engraving, Sonic Digital Media Home and CD Burner XP, same thing. I tried 2 different burners, a Sony DRU-840 has and a DVD Super-Multi 16 X on a Compaq SR5613WM, and the same thing happens. I tried both programs with two burners with the same result. I did a full check disk, including scanning for and attempt recovery of bad sectors and a disk defragmentation. Always the same thing. I tried 3 different brands of media, still no CD. Anyone has an idea on what's going on?

Well, it doesn't seem to be a problem.  The problem is that all displayed disks are old and it could still be a bad drive.

In addition, being that the computer in question is 2006 it could just be that the interface for the player is bad.  The SR1901WM is a technical computer limited, but it should still be able to burn a CD.  If the means to burn it on a CD are necessary, in this old computer, I would first try another IDE port for the DVD/CD player see if that's the problem.  A different ribbon cable would be the next option.  Finally, try an external box that can connect the drive or a connector like this: http://www.amazon.com/Sabrent-USB-DSC5-3-5-Inch-Converter-Adapter/dp/B000HJ99DI

If the last option is chosen, then all mentioned discs can be checked to see if one of them works, or borrow another drive to the test.  Then report on the results.

  • When I try to burn a music disc player is registered as a DATA reader and does not allow me to copy music files that I can play on an external source

I have computer aGateway running Vista Home Edition and something happened with WIndows Media Player.   I have the DVD/RW internal drive and external DVD/RW as a player.  I use them mainly to copy music files and it has always worked fine until yesterday.

When I try to burn a music disc, the player is registered as a DATA reader and does not allow me to copy music files that I can play on an external source (such as the CD or car drive).  Worked fine Saturday and had burned discs Saturday night recognizes the two drives as data drives.

Is it something that needs to be reset or changed?

In WMP, please click the button burn up and make sure that the Audio CD is selected. Then try burning the CD again, they now play on a standalone CD player too.

  • RIVAL A455-how to make the music from my pc to my ringtone? no problem on my music download.

rival a455 how music from my pc to my ringtone. no problem on my music download.

Sorry Steve, it's how you define a sound you have registered as a ringtone.

First of all, I need to know if you have an SD card or a usb cable.

If you have your music on a card, put the card in the card reader and transfer the song in question in the My_Music folder in the My_Ringtones folder. With the card in the phone, go to Menu/settings and tools/memory/card memory / my options/ringtones/brand/move your song/fact/move songs to your phone (yes). The song is now in the ringtone folder and you can now use it.

If you have a usb cable, you can do this without taking the phone card. Connect the cable to your computer. On the phone go to menu/Tools and tools/settings/usb mass storage, and phone will appear as a mass storage device in the window of your workstation. Then follow the directions above.

    Good luck.
