  All Canon printer drivers are available on www.canon.com and select the country where the printer was purchased.  I can't find a printer MPC190 on US site but see a Canon MP190's inkjet printer. Does not check any another country and Canon and other companies to produce and sell different models in different countries.

  This made their appearance in these last weeks, and I've had the printer for more than 12 months (reference at the time of update).

  Or (and this is what I would do), if everything works fine with the printer, the next time that he shows up, uncheck the box, right-click on it and select "Hide this update." The general rule is if the drivers are available at hardware manufacturers, then never install an update to Microsoft hardware (unless, of course, it's a MS product such as a mouse or a keyboard).

  Thank you for your message.  As seen HERE , Microsoft does not display a compatibility for your LBP 800, they show however, compatibility for the LBP 860.  Your best options will be either wait for Canon produce a Windows 7 pilot (who, if you call or post in the forums, they can tell you they are working or he does not intend to write a driver for this model), try the steps mentioned DeadManWalking86, or reach a new printer.

  My printer is Pixma MG3170

  Here's what I tried and it worked for me:

  1. go to usa.cannon.com and download the respective printer for your printer driver

  2. run

  Note: it takes time for the whole installation to complete, but be patient.
