CD Player installation frozen to "RegisterProperties_Rollback" - scary! What should do?

License installation suggested Acrobat Reader DC. Installation is stuck at the "RegisterProperties_Rollback". What should I do, without messing up (yet?) of my registration? This update - I just want my system safely and to continue to use the old version of the player is useless. Windows 7 Pro, Firefox 41.

Hi annek14625,

Close all of the Adobe process from the Task Manager, uninstall the drive using this cleanup tool Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat cleaning - Adobe Labs tool, reboot your system & reinstall Acrobat Reader DC using this link Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution.

Let me know how it goes.

Kind regards
Nicos
