• Save for web images look slightly blurry compared to other images that I see online

  Whenever I save a file in photoshop for the web as a png image, I see them get a little blurry and not very sharp. I did all the dimensioning and sampling etc. as far as I know. Yet, when I compared with other images that I see online, they don't look as strong. Is it just a fact that I need to add to my work, even if a large part of the time I work with vector shapes? Are not vectors supposed to be clean and crisp always?

  The blue image below is another person I know was made in Photoshop. My work is the red on the right. As you can see, it looks a little blurry.

  The blue image was also created with more details in the foreground as sting in the Ribbon and more texture contours in the Ribbon.  That's why the Red Ribbon seems less detail and seems flat.  I don't see with my eyes less sharpness however the drop shadow and a low background noise in the Red image contrast color makes the Red image have less contrast and then the blue image with a high-contrast light blue background. The red background details are not clear I would like this or aim to have a look of sweet in the background. When there's no detail in the blue image background other maybe a bit degraded.  It has IMO a lot to do with the composition.

• How to create a cursor image with text in motion.

  I tried to create a cursor image with text that slides with images. I use the jquery.cycle2 slider plugin that works very well for a slider I have on a different cursor on the same page. I'm not sure why it does not work. If someone could help me that would be great. The code is below:

• Convert RGB to CMYK and RGB image

  I wonder if anyone has any experience with conversion of RGB to CMYK and RGB image?

  I had a TIF in RGB, then convert to CMYK, but I thought it would be best to keep in RGB, so I converted. I read that he meant to cause losses in the data, but I don't see anything in the image, it's always very huge and 2 RGB files has the same size as well.   Data loss, you refer relates to the compromise made when appearing in RGB colors fall outside the range of available colors printing inks. In such a case, substitutions are made in the conversion of RGB to CMYK based on your choice of the Conversion Option > intent found in Edit > color settings. The good news is that if you don't see a color change when you switch from RGB to CMYK and vice versa, this means that none of the colors in RGB mode are outside of the range of CMYK ink. I suggest that intention more appropriate for the mode switches such as the one you mentioned Relative Colorimetry is the choice more practical.

  When RGB, clicking Cmd + there will show a color change if the colors are outside the range of ink. Another signal is an exclamation point beside the CMYK numbers in the info panel. To see which areas of the image are affected by the limitation of printing ink, choose View > Gamut Warning.

  You really want to know? Haha. Customer wanted to slide show 'stop' for a while and then start again. The easiest way for me to do is to add some regular black images at the end of the slide show. • Catalog issues and moving Images...

  
  Since I started using Lighroom, I kept all the images in one catalog on my laptop hard drive. It was time to change that and move all the images in my NAS, plus a copy of the set on another external drive to backup and keep copies of images on my computer laptop for when I am disconnected and I want to show my best work.

  Seemed the only way to do was to use two catalogs, so I created a new one for the images on the NAS.

  After checking that everything was good and make a backup of the catalog of cell, I copied the main folder of images and the sidecars on the NAS. Then, I opened the new catalogue which was empty and all imported from the new location.

  So, now I have two catalogs and both saved as catalogs and full picture sets so I'm good no matter what. Let's call them portable and network. I haven't deleted anything on the laptop.

  Network found not alone the images, but anyway 21 rather than on the laptop. Can't figure out how the number of images might be different, but they are. Not really a problem, but a curiosity, no?

  All changes are here. Images seem identical laptop. Keywords, image titles, records - all perfect.

  But here are my questions:

  I lost my edit stories. I mean, if I compare a RAW image edited on laptop. I can see the original image before I started to edit it. It is sometimes very useful. On the catalogue of the network, it shows the current image and does not have the original song. The mobile catalogue shows the origin and current state.

  And I lost my collections. Not the end of the world, but would be so nice to not have to rebuild these.

  So, is it possible to get these two back? Suppose, a moment, two catalogs are identical (although there is this difference of 21 image). Can I do something with the catalogues or the Previews folder that would bring back the collections and the original images of pre-Assembly?

  I thought it is worth the visit until I started to delete images in Lightroom on the catalogue of the laptop and continue editing on the catalogue of the network. No matter what? Export as catalog and replace the .lrcat and rename? Copy it to the root - pixels.db? A tip?

  And last, if someone reads, a feature request:

  It would be nice to have a preference to select the number of backups to keep. For example, if I could fix it to ten, I would never to worry at all about the backup after each session and want to remove older backups is more necessary.

  You probably imported pictures in the 2nd catalog. Once you have pictures in a catalog, you should not never import again. Never re - import!

  Go to your original catalog, select the images that you want in the 'new 2nd catalogue' and then file-> export as catalog

• Sharing Photos to iCloud for Windows: can I include PDF scans of Readdle Scanner Pro?  I don't only see MOV and JPG images.
