Change Admin password causes security problem

Essbase and workspace 9.3.1 Shared Services security

I changed the password admin, refreshed security and questions have been raised in a cube (on 7).

Four financial reports 1 report fails when you try to open it with "impossible to validate the user admin against Shared Services".
I recreate this report from scratch, and the report omits.
Change the password back work now both reports.

2 the distribution calculations fail with the error "Failed to validate the user admin" even started from the Regional service console. Both benefits can be performed by MaxL using the new password.

I restarted the server. Same question.

Obviously somewhere it does not change the new password, but for the 1 report and 2 allowances only?

Where could I look or what I might try next?

Did you check if aliases of location db essbase requires updating, perhaps an XREF is used and the alias of the location is hardcoded with the old password?

See you soon

This is because it is sometimes cached in your browser or Cookies and how your Internet connection is trying to load the Page, it is simply a Bug in the browser Google Chrome and probably will be fixed on a new version of the browser.

Fix this bug in browser, it's easy because it's because of 3 different things.

    * The first thing to try is go into Options and clicking Reset to default values and refresh the Page or F5 shortcut key to refresh the page you are on Google Chrome.

    * The second error 324 is to simply just restart your Chrome browser.

    * Sometimes, it can be your Internet connection, the cause of error when browsing websites in chrome so just restart your Internet connection.

I hope this helps you solve this problem.

  • How to change admin password in BIOS if the old password is forgotten in windows xp?

Can you tell me how to change the admin password in the BIOS under Windows XP if I forgot the original?

    Thank you.

If you have a desktop PC, you can disconnect the power cable, open the case and remove the battery (Silver thing small round-shaped piece). then try to restart the computer, you can disable it in the first black screen with white text, it will probably give an error of the BIOS in any case. Then disconnect the power supply again and replace the battery. You need to reset the BIOS, but it should work.

If it's a laptop is more complicated and you probably need a technician, you will need a few contacts on the motherboard to short and it's not just a deal to open a plate of control over some.

    1. If you want to run this command (ensuring that you use the correct version of python) is recommended:

    $VMWARE_PYTHON_BIN $VCOPS_BASE /... /vmware-vcopssuite/utilities/sliceconfiguration/bin/vcopssetadminpassword.py--reinitialiser

    2. the message security.password_invalid indicates that you are trying to provide a password which is not sufficient to meet your password policy. If the policy is not changed something like this should work:

  • I changed my password, but it is not honouring the difference between lowercase and uppercase. I can open my account anyway. What makes my weakest password. How can this be corrected?

I was a member of MSN Hotmail for over 18 years and never had this problem.

I just changed my password for security reasons.  And when I log in, it does not recognize the lowercase or uppercase, or a mix of them my password.  This makes my weak password.  And I want a strong password.  Is it a stroke of luck.  I have 2 accounts.  A MSN and Hotmail.  I have no problem with the Hotmail account.  But with the MSN account, no matter how I type my password, he accepts it and opened my account.

Please answer my question.  I tried for 2 days to get some kind of response.  It doesn't matter if I use my computer at work or my computer at home.  It does the same thing.  One is Windows 7 and the other is Windows XP.

    Please help me.

  • I can't change my admin password, even though I am connected to the account now.

Last week I changed my Admin password to something a lot more time with little maintenance, however I do not remember it now, so my question is, what can I do to reset it back to the old. Unfortunately, I forgot to make a recovery disk.

I tried to remove it from in the account itself, but it keeps asking for the password, I created another admin account so I can still do the General administrative tasks but I like my old account, I actually installed programs only to this account if I'm afraid to log out of it for now.

I did a test on the admin account, I created and it does not have a current password remove or change its password. I was wondering if I am logged into this admin account, I wouldn't need a current password, but I wanted to ask here first... If I can't change it from another admin account, how can I reset it since in the current account without the collar that I created last week.

I am sure I know the first 23 combination of uppercase and lowercase letters and numbers, but I can't for the life of me remember what I've added to separate it from another computer, I have... I wanted to just the two have similar passwords, with it longer, and so it would be easy to remember (which seems to achieve style lol)

Any help would be most appreciated. Thank you

I'm so TIRED of trying to reset my password cuz I typed in the wrong... and now can not access. IT IS RIDICULOUS... I did and responded to EVERY THING U asked... and you ALWAYS GIVE me THE RUNAROUND. First THING, it IS I answered my security question CORRECTLY... several times... something wrong in your recordings cuz u keep saying its bad. I want to talk to someone who can fix this... have NO MORE TIME to WASTE on THIS! my account is or hotmail. My password was and is I want to get my mail..!

    Hello CherCastle Cherreegirl,

This is a public forum, you don't talk to anyone who works for Microsoft, quite ordinary people who enjoy helping others with their respective problems. You should not include any e-mail address or the password (they obviously have been removed for security reasons) in any forum. Imagine the headache that you could have caused if your details had not been withdrawn? You included your e-mail address and the password that would allow anyone who has access to these forums to hack your account. Anyone could also change your password, making it impossible for you to access your account.

You can try the following links to see if they help:

  • 27 installed everytime I start firefox it ask if I want to enable firefox change my hard drive and I have to enter the admin password never did this before u

Firefox updated the browser. I'm a symbol of the admin in the corner of the icon (win7) whenever I run the application ff it ask if it is ok for firefox to make changes on the hard disk, enter admin password try to disable or correct thank you don369

A possible cause of this error is that Firefox is configured to run as administrator.

Make sure that Firefox is not set to run as administrator.

Right click on the desktop Firefox shortcut and choose "Properties".

Make sure that all items are disabled in the tab "Compatibility" in the Properties window.

    • Privilege level: "Run this program as Administrator" should not be selected
    • "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" must not be selected

Also check the firefox.exe program properties in the program Firefox (C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\) folder.

  • Admin password problem

I have a REALLY weird problem all of a sudden. I have only one user (Admin) on my Macbook running El Capitan, and all of a sudden OS X does not recognize my password after login.

In other words, I can connect fine, but after that whenever I need to use my credentials to allow OS x to perform certain actions (like the moving an application to the trash, or unlock the locking in the preferences system - even change my password), it says that the password is incorrect.

I tried to change the password via the Recovery Mode, which worked - but once again, until I logged in. I thought it might be a permission problem, but El Capitan has this feature in disk utility, then I tried with a terminal sudo command - but even here it takes a password that does not work.

    Any help would be appreciated!

You use another Source of input (keyboard language).

I can see what happens if the login page uses an input Source and your user account uses another.

  • After recovery, admin password information with 'points' and impossible to remove or change

    Hello.

I ran yesterday, updates of Windows 7 but only those necessary.  I do not have one of those as an option.  After the updates completed, I turned on the computer and he was stuck in a loop cycle - from windows, then the admin password, connect you box came.  The box was fiiled in (with "dots" but too many to represent my password) and the screen just quickly flashed back & forth between the login screen and 'incorrect password '.     I tried to change username, and it flashed back into the admin log.

I did a system restore to the factory settings (after saving all data) using the recovery discs.  After recovery, the screen "Set a password for the account" comes with the box below "Type a password" completely filled with dots.  I can't delete them with the BACKSPACE or DELETE key.  If I put highlight and then try to erase it with BACKSPACE or DELETE, the cursor just moves on the right side of the password box, but it is not always remove the defective "dots" password so that I can change.

I tried to restart with the power and then switch on again.  After selecting the country & language again, same password screen developed.

It's stuck!  Any help would be greatly appreciated!  I have computer I have is the HP Touchsmart 310 1155 - Y.

    Thank you!

It's curious with a recovery.  First, try to reset the password using NTPassword.  Do the boot CD that him following the signs.  If this does not resolve the problem of signon, think to install the operating system from a typical drive of Windows 7 to the same version, using the key of the COA sticker.
