• How to change icons in my favorites toolbar?

  I'm migrating from IE to Firefox. So far, I really like the overall look of the interface, and I like the ability to create to look and work the way I want it.

  I was hoping I could customize my favorites by creating my own icons files I have in Internet Explorer. For example, in IE I can do a right-click on the bookmark in Favorites toolbar, select properties from the context menu, then click the button change icon, and I can choose any file icon I created. The chart appears in the bookmark. I love it! Can I do this in Firefox?

  I like the 3D icons and bright and I'm working on for the past 6 years.

  To Yosemite, I used Candybar (part of it), of LiteIcon and change permissions on 'Get information' in the order superior use my icons favorite.

  This last step is the most important, but now, with EL Capitan Osx 10.11 system doesn't let me change these permissions because, even as an administrator, it is forbidden.

  I am very angry and I think that this situation is a violation of freedom of expression.

  Apple support could not help me.

  FWIW, you can turn off System Protection (SIP) integrity that should allow you to change icons. It is not something I would recommend but if you care more icons of security that belongs to you. It is pretty easy to know how to do.

  How are you trying to change the icons? You paste a new icon in the window read the information of a file?

• Change icon - initial folder browse changed

  There must be a Manager in the reg control this behavior to go, but I'm not. Help on this appreciated.

• Not available change icon button

  I have a program that includes two parts, two shortcuts, but the same icon for each.

  SnagIt and SnagIt Editor.

  On my pc windows 8.1 I could change the icon icon I did just by right clicking on the icon, choose Properties, shortcut, and then click Change icon.

  On my pc win 7, change icon is not available.

  I tried as admin, but that did not work.

  Is there a reason why this would be?

  Every other icon on the desktop, pointing to a program has available change icon?

  No idea why this might be the case? In any case of change by using only not the properties box?

  Figured it out. For some reason any shortcut, if it worked by opening the program, was not a good shortcut.
  By removing these, replacing them with new shortcuts from the windows > programs folder etc, I managed to get the job of change icon button and change the icon :)

  I'm relatively new in this area... I have an ADF application where I have the UCM connection defined. I have expanded the files of the Complutense University of MADRID in the connection of Jdeveloper palette and dropped an image from a folder in the repository of the University Complutense of MADRID as a content presenter taskflow in my page jsff fragment. The page fragment has customizable page, customizable Panel etc. for customizations. A taskflow including this page fragment is deposited in a jspx page. When I run the page, I could see the picture displayed. But when I press control SHIFT C, I could just see 2 icons (manage and update Web content) and not edit the icons where I expect to select a different image of the University Complutense of MADRID when running?
  
  Maybe, with site studio region def / templates, this might work. If I go with Site studio to present content, I have to create region def, model and additional data for this requirement files. I expect something similar as when you drag the taskflow content presenter of the catalogue of resources on the Webcenter portal, it allows you to select a picture on the single content item selection during execution.

  Change icon appears only for HTML content or appropriate data file.
  If you drag and drop an image, the installation will not work and you will not be able to choose a different picture.
  If, however, you want to select another image in the CP, you don't have to do it in input mode (CtrlC Caps), but in edit mode (ctrl shift) e and tap the icon change Presenter content. This will allow you to select another image of the Complutense University of MADRID.

  Hello

  Does anyone know how to change the icon wireless in the menu bar to display the numbers of dBm - instead. I know that you can use the 'option' key and then click on the wireless icon, but I want to display the output of dBm - place of the wireless icon.

• The mouse freezes when the cursor changes icon

  Hello. The problem is that when the cursor changes its icon for example when taking screenshot with cmd + shift + 4 it freezes until I'll click. Basically, it moves only when selected. It is annoying when I'm working in C4D where when you draw cursor change and makes it almost impossible but it's not in Photoshop.  Someone has experienced something like this? Or maybe some ideas what the problem is?

• My desktop icons have a white rectangular box with the logo of Internet Explorer inside on the name of the program. Cannot change icon images.

  Most of my icons have the logo explore inside a small box, but stills has any name on the devices of the logo program. I tried to change in properties but it will not change.

  Fixed it myself. Able to run for each research program and then was able to restore it in a few days.
