Change mass team ICM

Greetings!

Is it possible to change team for a large group of operators based on the list of connections? ICM version 8.5.

Unfortunately, there is no configuration tool in bulk for teams of agents.

How many different teams are they being passed to?  Even for 100 users, it looks like something that would be probably manageable with just the list of the agents team tool in Configuration Manager. If you want to make the process easier, you can run a SQL query to list all the agents and the team to which they belong, take that you are concerned about data in Excel to get the list down to 100 agents, sort it by team.

If you do not want to spend time in the list of the agents team tool, the only other thing I can recommend is to contact Cisco TAC, they may have another solution for you... but you'll probably spend less time on the problem just by using the list of agents team tool.

    You must be aware of the time Windows so many times as CIM (established by call routers).

    From the perspective of the ICM, as long as you don't go back in time and, potentially, record write duplicate in the CIM Db then you're all set.

    So, if you are moving forward in time (e.g. time ICM is 12:00:00.000 and time NTP 12:01:00.000) then:

    -stop the ICM on all components,

    -change your time,

    -respect all the rules of Windows with the NTP source parameter and configuration of clients and members of the domain, including the restart of servers,

    -Repeat the ICM installation from the directory \ICM\BIN\ on the routers and the PGs and confirm the synchronization of the time disable MDS is disabled on these components.

    -Restart ICM

    If you go back in time, then you need to document your delta and maintain the system down for more of this delta. For example, if the time of CIM is 12:00:00.000 and NTP is 11:45:00.000, you gotta reduce ICM for more than 15 minutes for not not duplicate in the BD or the process records is the same as above.

  • Mass changing the structures of events

    I have a VI in which I am coding a drag and drop events. The front panel has more than 200 indicators and Boolean values in which I want to make it able to accept a decrease from an event drag. My problem is the time it takes to change the structure of the event for all controls, one by one. Does anyone know how to change mass event structures quickly? Unfortunately I can't figure a way to do a drop with references to component event.

    There may be a way to do it using LabVIEW to script to automate the creation of a more complicated case of event.

    But you can try using the user events.  Use of control references tables introduced in a loop For to register for events on each control changing value.  Then you have a case of user event in the structure of the event which manages it.  If you dynamically build your event programmatically while running your VI, rather than do it manually by manipulating the event dialog boxes.

    I have a folder on a Win2008 server called 'account '. In this folder, I have about 30 files.

    In Active Directory, I have a group called "team of accounting". I gave rights NTFS change 'Accounting Team' in the folder 'account '.

    'Decline' attributes usually take precedence over "Allow" attributes.
    Therefore, you must individually 'decline' rights 'Edit' for the user to the required folders.  All other attributes will be granted under its membership in the group.

    I have a CVP 3.1 working system that I'm migrating to 4.0 (2) CVP.

    I upgraded my IOS 12.4 GW/GA 2811 (6) T and applied the config which was OK in 3.1 CVP. I downloaded the new .tcl and .vxml files of the distribution and reloaded the router so that they are active with the new code.

    The leg of the switch worked well. If I changed my script ICM to return a label on the customer SVC routing to one of my phones, the phone rang.

    If I inserted a node 'Send to URV' he fell from the call, and I could see the trace of the bridge (debug on vxml application error) he tried to call my server call with undefined://undefined: not defined/cvp/VBservlet.

    I managed to make it work by hacking the bootstrap.vxml to set what must have been completed in the above URL:

    PROTOCOL

    HOST

    PORT

    make the script look a bit like the bootstrap.vxml on CVP 3.1. Here are my changes:

    ISN-vxml is defined by the ip host table.

    I had to set the DNIS differently as above - I could see that the error in the CallServer DNIS was a required argument.

    My question is this.

    I guess the CallServer is supposed to be passing values such as PORT, PROTOCOL etc. in the file bootstrap.vxml when he calls it, but mine is obviously not and I don't know what I should have done to make this work.

    Things are definitely different with 4 CVP. ;-)

    These get variables defined in bootstrap.tcl. It seems to me that bootstrap.vxml have called directly instead of via bootstrap.tcl. Date of arrival:

    1. that the inbound voip dial-peer on the VRU leg calls the service attached to bootstrap.tcl.

    2 set "debug script voip application" and "debug voip application tcl" and make sure you see bootstrap.tcl have invoked. Him debugs should show a procedure of transfer of bootstrap.vxml with all these settings.

  • CE520 server consolidation?

    I'm trying to get a catalyst Express 520 G change to team up with a server, but no traffic flows.

    If the two ports to connect to the server are defined as switch ports, you can set the etherchannel and it shows up on both ends, but I can't get the traffic to go to the link.

    The server is a box of OSX 10.6 use LACP link and he sees with happiness the link that up but we can't ping the server.  We have same set ups on 3560 switches that work OK, so I don't know if this is a limitation of the CE500s or I have the wrong smartport or other setting.  Although the docs the only smartport, which can make an etherchannel is switch on. Any chance of getting a server team role?

    Hello Nick, I hope you are well.

    Hearing, that it works with the 3560 is very encouraging... but I don't know where the problem is right now.  Do you also have the configs of the 3560 in case we need to compare?  I'd be interested to see if the 3560 is configured for the access mode and not in trunking mode.

    Any chance you can fix the config of the CE500 on the case?

    EtherChannel requires both sides to be configured the same... but without knowing how you have configured things it is unclear where the fuse box is.

    I would not be intelligent to be switch mode, unless the server is also configured for operation inter-switch (trunking mode) port.  Both parties must match...  Have you tried to configure statically?

    I notice a difference in brightness between 4.1 Lightroom and Photoshop CS6.

    When I open an image from Lightroom to Photoshop in law and by selecting "Edit in Photoshop", Photoshop displays the much lighter image.

    To test things, I tried to open an image in Lightroom to Photoshop, without adjustment of all colors in Photoshop. Once registered, I went back to Lightroom and noticed that the colours were the same as the original in Lightroom. If Photoshop does not change the colour, it displays only the very brightest on my PC. And only in Photoshop, the default Windows Photoviewer displays images with the same brightness as Lightroom.

    So thank you, out there in the advanced controls, it is an option 'engine' under "Conversion Options", that has been set by default to 'Adobe ACE. To test, I tried to change to "Microsoft ICM", which solved the problem. Images are the same today. But I want this option is Microsoft ICM? And why is it solved now? You have an idea? I mean, in the past on another computer, I assume that the machine has been set to 'Adobe ACE', and it did not cause these issues of difference in brightness.

    Hmm, it's actually a very good sign that your display profile is borked. Lightroom uses the same Adobe ACE Photoshop uses under the hood, but it is much more picky than Photoshop on the profile for a reason that I was not able to understand. Photoshop will always try to use it and sometimes give you erroneous results. The fact that the Microsoft ICM (who must generally be of poorer quality to Adobe) worked makes me think you have a display with a screwed v4 icc profile make of intent. Those that are common in the automatically installed monitor drivers. You should check if there is a profile associated with the parser in your display properties and if so, remove it. It is possible that you do not really use sRGB as a monitor profile. Of course, the better the calibrate.
