• Change of country of residence, need products flowing between two different pieces of identification

  Some time ago I changed my country of residence and to read the discussions here, I thought that the only way to change the country of residence is to create a new Adobe ID.

  So, I changed my email address (or the ID itself) to an email address different and created a new one for new country of residence to the title of the e-mail I use as my main. How can I move product records (have PS CS4 & CS5) from one account to the other?

  Would buy a subscription and use the offer for existing users of PS.

  Hello Support and creative community of cloud. I am contacting you because I have a big problem. A year ago I, when I was on a study Exchange program I was in Israel. When there, I tried to download my free photoshop creative suite (I was enrolled in a school of photography so I got a "educational membership"). At this point, I contacted adobe support which was very sweet, unfortunately in the end we discovered that there was no way to have the programs in Israel. When I'm home in Italy - always with a few problems - I managed to download and the problem was solved. Now, members of education has expired, I'm not a student anymore and I want to register myself to one adobe plans, BUT when I come to the pay, my home is always set on Israel as well as the amount is fixed at NIS. And I can't change it. Also, it is written that I'll pay an extra amount due to international transfers and so on... I copy here under:

  I just moved from the Italy towards the France, I opened a bank account and intended to close my bank account in Italy.

  What I discovered is when you change the region in the Apple Store (which you have to do, since the credit card must belong to a bank in the region) do you lose all your purchases made ahead. When I changed the region in the AppStore all my purchases are gone, none have been identified. Luckily when I went back to the former zone of all purchases were still there.

  I thought Apple's Support that if you keep the applications on your computer, they will continue to operate. Unfortunately, I don't think it's quite true. What about updates? If the application is not among your purchases I doubt it will be updated. What happens if I do a clean install? Not all applications can be simply copied into the Applications folder, the system often said that the application is corrupted and I need to download it again from the app store, what will happen?

  I spent a lot of money on the Pro apps, now I am forced to open a bank account in Italy just to keep a credit card for the App Store, I just cannot afford to change region and risk having to buy new applications.

  Is it possible to keep your purchases when you change the region? I understand that different regions have different tax rules, but if I bought an application in one country, this is mine, I will not have to pay for it yet once just because I live elsewhere, it makes no sense.

  I know not many people change of country of residence, then this might not be a priority, but please try to find a solution.

  Just to let you know that purchases made in-store a coutry are NOT carried over, as far as I know just make sure that you are logged into the store of the country when he made purchases, purchases made in store in this country should stay there.

  For example:

  If I purchase in the Australian store and moving to the United States, I have to keep my store in the Austrlian store to keep my purchases; If I change my store in the United States one my purchases will disappear.

  If this is not your country of residence, you can use another email address to create a new Adobe ID with the country.  If you want to use the same email address, please follow the solution here - change the country associated with your Adobe ID
